Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Boracay

Very good stay with a beautiful view. Location of the hotel is perfect as you can walk to the main beach front but hopefully fat from the noise. You are 5 minutes walk from this great Italian little restaurant “Lanterna”.

Host was very accommodating and responsive, on site caretaker was just a text away.

The communication with the host was excellent. The maid at the accommodation (Manilou) was lovely also. There was a problem with the internet when we arrived but the host fixed this straight away. The villa is private and down a narrow lane but our luggage was brought to the accommodation for us (extra service). Boracay is beautiful, lots of bars and restaurants to visit. The villa is away from the main area but just a trike ride away which Manilou was able to sort for us.

Although I did not enjoy it as much as I did because of the typhoon, the house was very satisfied. Especially, the swimming pool was large enough and deep enough for children and adults to play. But there are ants and worms it personally has not been great inconvenience as by regional characteristics. And it was a very satisfying trip because the kind landlady cared about many things.  

Stunning hilltop views of sea and island, nice roomy bedrooms and living space, great balcony space, attentive local support. Overall a great place to chill and relax. Highly recommend for small group/couple looking for peace and tranquility away from the beachfront touristy hotel scene but be prepared to reply on e trike transportation to get to and from station 1,2,3 areas. Will definitely return which sums it up.

We loved our stay. The hosts and the caretaker are super accommodating. Everything is clean and pristine. It’s a trike ride away from the main beach but there are 2 small beaches in walking distance . The place is so peaceful and serene. When it's time to go, the caretaker will also call you an e-tryke so you won't have to walk to the main road. We really enjoyed our relaxed and peaceful vaccation.

This is a great place for a peaceful and relaxing stay, offering a calming beach view and breathtaking sunsets. The room is spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with both the air conditioning and heater functioning perfectly. The caretaker is friendly and very accommodating, ensuring a comfortable experience. It’s clear that the owner has put great effort into making the place welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

My wife and I had a great week staying at Renelito's place. It was exactly what we had hoped. Centrally located with both White Beach & Bulabog Beach a few minutes walk away, and similarly close to DMall and all the shops & restaurants in the area without being in the middle of the bustling Station 2. Access was easy via the security guard and thanks to Renelito's clear & proactive assistance we had no issues checking in or out. The apartment was clean & tidy with a well-equpped kitchen and sitting room, a large comfy bed, good AC and a modern TV set-up. There was a nice looking pool available but we didn't use it, prefering to go to the beaches instead. We would definitely book again, thanks Renelito.

We had a wonderful two-week stay! The space was just right for the two of us—comfortable and roomy. I also worked from the unit during our stay, and the internet speed was great, which made things really convenient. The bed, comforters, and pillows were hotel-grade—so comfy that we slept really well every night. We also loved the peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for morning walks and jogs. Having a washing machine in the unit was a big plus and one of the reasons we chose this place, since we usually stay for extended periods. It was our first time exploring New Coast, and we found it very promising—with nearby shops, a beautiful, pristine shoreline, and friendly staff. We’d definitely recommend this place!

It’s like home away from home. Everything you need is in there. Plus factor that we do not need to go to the crowded spots of Bora because the location is a perfect combination of modern and rural vibe. From hotels to restaurants to bars and a stunning private beach front, we could not ask for more. Paulie and Ms. Aw made sure everything is ok for a wonderful stay. Thank you.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

One of the best organized places I have stayed using Airbnb. I can not say enough good about the area or the beauty and peaceful surroundings. A beautiful unit, with just the right amount of furnishings. The kitchen had everything except for a drip coffeemaker. I had no problem to cook anything. The washing machine was a BIG plus too, what a joy to come home from the beach and do some laundry. One note however is the island does suffer from brownouts. There were 2 during my 3 night stay. The unit is on it's own private generator, which they can turn on to restore the power. If you were using a CPAP machine for example, this may be an issue. May I please say this is a really beautiful unit, building, and setting to stay and get away from the masses of crowds in Boracay. I would return again the next time I travel to Boracay. Rob is a very good host, he let us check in early and let us check out late. The unit have all the necessary things needed for our stay. The unit is clean and pristine and had a great view of the private beach nearby. The host is very proactive and was quick to reply with any queries we had during our stay. Would surely stay again in the future should we visit and would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

This unit is a really nice place to say in Boracay if you want to be away from the noise and the crowd. Its a bit far from the main attractions. It would really depend on your preference. They offer a free shuttle bus going to/from DMall. Catch is it leaves every 2 hours. You can charter an etrike but it will cost 300 php. The unit is a long walk from the property entrance and even from the reception. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was challenging to carry our luggage. It might not be ideal for families with elders or kids. But for me, I like the ambiance, the peace, and the spacious unit. The owner was very sweet - provided us a gallon of Wilkins, 3 ripe mangoes, free milk, coffee, tea and sugar ❣️ Though I recommend doing something about the slippery bathtub and the split type aircon (turns on and off). Overall our experience was great.😌

The apartment is clean, cozy, and bright, with a pleasant scent and well-thought-out storage spaces. It was quiet inside, ensuring a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and provided us with lots of useful information about getting around the island, which made our trip much easier. Our stay here was perfect, and we would gladly come back again!

We had a great time on June's place. Highly recommended to families looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation in Boracay. Newcoast is awesome.
