Vacation rentals with beach access in Bora-Bora

We had a wonderful stay on Bora Bora. We are definitely going to be returning. Thank you for everything!

Nice equipped apartment, with all in comforts, about 15 minutes by car from the main village, Vaitape, and 25 minutes from Matira beach. Nearby places to be able to swim and/or visit the marae and/or the cannon trail. It is advisable to rent a vehicle to fully enjoy the beauty of the island. The apartment has wifi , air conditioning, nice equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony with lagoon view, private condominium parking. It is located on the main road but with limited traffic noise that does not disturb. We had a very good time, we checked ourselves in with the host who allowed us to check in in in the morning, in advance of the normal time. We interacted very promptly with Marie, who manages the apartment on site for the owner.

Gérards studios are an amazing location, easy to walk to town. And with him providing a free shuttle to the beach! What more could you ask for. My only complaint is the walls are super thin, and can hear the people in the studios next to you. Overall amazing house, host, location, etc. I would come back again!

Rosiane’s place is wonderful. We appreciated the A/C bedrooms after being in the sun all day. The location is amazing, across the street from the lagoon. We had kayaks at our disposal to go around the lagoon and new bicycles to go shopping for food in small stores about 2 miles away. We could snorkel right off their property and see tons of fishes. Even saw a manta ray. Rosiane arranged a tour for us to snorkel with black tip sharks and swim over a coral garden. Rosiane and her husband are so friendly and helpful. Felt like family!

The place was very clean,functional, and secure Fabien informed me by phone about access to the accommodation Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the bikes and kayak It will be for another time

Thank you at all times Amina's attention, allowed us to change to another apartment without paying any cost ( I had TV and wider ), an excellent cleaning and being able to have the car in the indoor parking at no additional cost, without a doubt on a next trip I will stay here ( front Chinese restaurant with takeaway food) 2 minutes walk supermarket is without hesitation nearest accommodation in Bora-Bora

The accommodation is great with beautiful pool views. Small downside, no privacy with the neighbors who come to settle in the deckchairs in front of your bay window all day.

Fantastic location across from a GORGEOUS beach and walkable to several great restaurants!!! Haia was very warm and WELCOMING, responsive, helpful with recommendations, and a pleasure to communicate with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We stayed for six nights, and we were very satisfied with our time here. Our check-in went very smoothly. Barthelemy and Nathalie were wonderful checking us in as well as checking in with us throughout our time when we had questions. They are amazing people. This place is close to the water. One observation is that the street can get a bit noisy from time to time with street traffic. Amazing value

An excellent place to enjoy Bora Bora. After exploring most of the island, this location became our favorite area to rest and relax. The collection of homes for this area called the condominiums is also quite architecturallly and historically significant. I look forward to reading more about its development. We will definitely be looking forward to returning for another stay!

We stay at Poeiti’s house every February and it’s always a beautiful stay! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house accommodates 8 people. Comfortable. Tierry the onsite manager is always helpful. The beds are comfortable and the location is up on the hill next to Matira beach so it’s always perfect for us. We are so grateful to always stay at this house each year for our annual trip! We will be back next year!

This villa & motu is such a special place. There is not a day that goes by that we have not talked about our remarkable time there & returning for another adventure. I traveled with family for a few weeks in French Polynesia & this stay was by far the unanimous #1 favorite part of our trip (over tours, meals, experiences, etc). It truly felt like home as soon as we arrived. The villa is breathtaking, unique, & very well kept -- it felt like we were staying in a beautifully preserved piece of time. Jimmy was an extraordinary bonus & the backbone to our incredible time. He helped us with everything, answered our endless questions, took us to unreal snorkel spots, made meals for us, & was incredibly attentive the entire week. We spent most of our time hanging out front of the villa in the water, which is basically like a giant aquarium, talking to each other about how grateful we were that we booked this stay. Thank you for sharing this special piece of paradise with us. <3

Arranged for taxi pick up and drop off in viatape for the navette out to the airstrip. Helped out with a left behind item. Had Louane orient us - fluent English but allowed me to try out my high school French. Walking distance to several restaurants around the corner from local market with baguette and croissants in the morning.

Fluid communication with Aurore, whom I thank very much. Very clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Close to downtown, so very well located. Very nice studio with air conditioning, a plus because it was very hot on the weekend where we were there. Very comfortable mattress by the way. I recommend it. Thank you and see you soon I hope 🌸

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!
