House vacation rentals in Bonita Springs

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

Dario was a great host and easy to communicate with, very helpful and courteous. Great house and area, will stay again and recommend!

We were in the house for a week with another couple. It was the most enjoyable time as we had full privacy and all the amenities of the resort, but only for ourselves. House is very clean, specious, and delivers everything you see on pictures and more. The management is caring. They are available if you need them but are not overwhelming you, and they respect your time and privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

David’s place was a little out of the way to get to everything. But it worked for us as his place gave us everything we needed for our stay. The house next door was a little sketch but we had no issues with any of the neighbors! It’s a very nice home. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Very dog friendly! He even has a board for the dog to climb out of the pool. Nice fenced in back yard with a doggie door that my dog enjoyed using! ❤️

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with great location! The home was very clean, had nice amenities, and we felt right at home. Loved the pool and private back yard. Dara was quick to respond to any questions and made the rental a 5 star experience.

Awesome place to stay! There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the pool was super nice to hang out by. The host was very nice and made everything easy for us. Would definitely come back!

Our second stay at the Peaceful Retreat. Great location. Close to downtown, beaches, boating, attractions. Safe. comfy, quiet neighborhood. Privacy abounds. Clean, well appointed retreat. Great host who responds immediately. We will be back! Great value for money.

Went for a work trip. It was the 3rd time we stayed the ere.

This place was perfect for my young son and i to stay at. It had just the right things we needed while there. A small kitchenette area with microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. Full bathroom, though small, it was perfect. And a cozy bedroom! Located in a very quiet neighborhood and within 20 to 30 minutes for all the activities we wanted to do. Very close to Clam Pass Park where we spent a good amount of our vacation. Laundry in unit was a big bonus, especially for those sandy beach days.

Great space, open and met our needs perfectly! Great size and stocked kitchen!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Look no further than this beautiful duplex! It’s gorgeous inside. We were in town for the Bluegrass concert at The Seminole Casino Hotel and chose Lehigh Acres because of the 28 mile distance between the two. It was an easy drive between the two locations. I highly recommended dinner at Brasas, about a 10 minute drive. If we attend the festival next year, we will choose John’s Grant Ave. house.

We had a wonderful stay! The house looked exactly like on the site. It was super clean and had lots of room to accommodate our group. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all of the items needed to make a quick meal. Would definitely stay again. Thank You very much!

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

Paradise Retreat is absolutely wonderful. The beach theme decor throughout the home is so relaxing. Both Robert and Sandy were very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. There are a couple fast food places within walking distance (Culver’s and Wendy’s). Within a short drive or Uber ride are so many great restaurants to choose from. So many extras were included in the home that we weren’t expecting and the home is really well stocked. How thoughtful to have birthday balloons and flowers when we arrived! Thank you again Sandy for being so thoughtful and helpful during our stay. Finally, the heated pool is amazing!

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

This home has everything we needed to relax on our vacation. It is very clean, spacious (we are a family of 4), and the heated private pool was such a nice bonus! Tena met us at the house as soon as we arrived to give us a tour and to go over little details such as light switches for the outdoor space etc. The neighborhood itself was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Both Tena and Tim were incredible hosts, and responded to any needs we had within minutes of texting. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great experience at Casa Coral. The house looked like the pictures, was clean, and had lots of towels. After a storm there was some damage to the screen over the pool and it was fixed within a couple of days. We like the quiet neighborhood and would stay here again. The fenced yard was great for our schnauzer.

A group of four of us stayed for 3 days so that we could attend a friend's memorial service in Seagate and had an absolutely wonderful experience at Christopher's home. The home was extremely clean, had very comfortable beds, lovely bed linens and plush towels and absolutely beautiful dishware, glassware and cookware. If you happen to forget something, it is in the home! They included all kinds of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryers, curling irons, makeup remover etc. The pool was spectacular and the backyard was extremely private. In addition, the landscaping is gorgeous and the neighborhood itself is quite lovely. We felt extremely safe there. I had to work briefly (remotely) while staying at Christopher's home and the upstairs loft was the perfect space for me as it had a desk/work station and the WIFI is extremely fast. The home is close to fantastic restaurants and shopping as well. If you need to stay in Naples, STAY HERE - you won't regret it.

The place was so clean & spacious. Everything was so easy from checking in, to checking out. My kids loved the pool and fishing right out back. I have 0 complaints & I will return next year :)

We had a great time at Suzy’s listing. This is a beautiful, modern, oasis. It out did our expectations and even after nearly 3 weeks there we were sad to leave. The professionalism and thoughtful touches set a high bar for our future travels. I would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay there again.
