Très bien situé, tout se visite à pied. Près des transports en commun. Stationnement pratique situé juste en dehors de la ZTL.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel, très propre. Maria a été aux petits soins, et a très bien organisé notre séjour (recommandations de restaurants, réservation du parking,...).

Fantastic stay at Georgia’s place. So conveniently close to the train station! It was really easy to go to Cinque Terre and then have a nice stroll /drink and dinner in the many restaurants just at the door stop. The apartment was nice and spacious, felt straight at home. We were grateful for the little welcome gifts which were particularly useful when arriving tired with a baby ! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and having the extra salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, washing machine detergent, etc feels basic but not available in many other airbnbs - so great to have it and much appreciated it! Georgia was great at checking in and making sure we had everything we needed - in particular when we were impacted by a local strike and trying to rearrange our trip. Great stay, totally recommend ! Ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern hatte auch diese besondere Atmosphäre, die man nicht buchen kann – die muss da sein. Gastgeberin herzlich, Lage top, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wer hier schläft, schläft gut – wer hier wohnt, will nicht mehr weg. 5/5.

I had a great stay. The apartment was very well located, modern, well equipped and clean. Emannuela was very responsive and helpful. nice little touches like the bag of focaccia left for my enjoyment.

Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Rossanas Haus ist wunderschön und sie ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit 💕 Eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine super tolle Woche! Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack eingerichtet, ein echtes Highlight! Außerdem hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht von La Spezia. Und direkten Zugang zu den Wanderwegen der Cinque Terre. Was will man mehr!

Staying here was the most stress free experience, host made me and my family feel welcomed and went above and beyond what was expected! Host speaks English very well and as a canadian traveler this was a very nice bonus to be able to chit chat a bit about the town!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

It is a beautiful spot! We only wish we planned more time in Genoa. Maura was incredibly helpful with recommendations and her space was incredibly spotless. The amenities listed were perfect, very special that it has a washer and a dryer!

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

Der Aufenthalt in Genua war sehr schön & die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Alles war sehr sehr gepflegt & sauber. Ornela hat in der Unterkunft für alles gesorgt was man für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt & war sehr freundlich zu uns. Sie hat sogar extra für unseren kleinen Sohn ein Babybett aufgebaut wofür wir ihr sehr dankbar sind. Die Kommunikation lief auch sehr gut und wir konnten ohne jegliche Probleme einchecken, die Tage genießen und auschecken. 😊

Tolles Appartement mit super Lage und gemütlicher Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Aufzug war hilfreich (Wohnung im 5. Stock) und wir hatten Glück, dass wir direkt an der Straße einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgezeichnet. Die Markise auf der Dachterrasse hat nicht funktioniert, woraufhin schnell jemand geschickt wurde, um sich das Problem anzusehen. Insgesamt eine super Erfahrung!
