Starting with Alberto's kindness, and his flexibility on our arrival. Following the beautiful house and that was well equipped, everything went wonderfully. The site is something in the village but Alberto's instructions were clear and we arrived without a problem. We highly recommended it, very happy.

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Monchu was so welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. The house was clean and perfect for our family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool was clean and refreshing. The kids loved playing soccer on the lawn and throwing the ball for Enzo, the dog. The main house is nearby but we felt like we had full privacy. The neighborhood is great, with beautiful roads for running or biking with views of the Picos. Llanes is a short drive away. It was truly perfect!

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.

Ana and Javier are very friendly hosts, always attentive to whether we needed anything. The house has everything you need to be at peace. A very quiet area, with easy access to bars and shops. Very comfortable beds and everything is super clean and tidy.

Quiet accommodation in a rural area with beautiful landscapes and close to places of interest. Good communication with the owner and manager. Comfortable house in general for a large family, despite the stairs and with all the necessary accessories, nothing negative can be highlighted, because everything was very good in our stay. This is a very comfortable country house in a quiet area, but close to roads and a sort drive to Oviedo. The host is wonderful ~ very accommodating and helpful. We were in La Solariega for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is located in a privileged setting, surrounded by nature and with an absolute tranquility that invites you to rest from the first moment. It's the place to disconnect from the noise and connect with the essentials. The house is immaculately equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. You can see the affection and care in every detail, from the decor to the utensils available. Everything is designed to make sure you have everything you need. And what about Nadia, the host: attentive, kind and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended.

Very cozy, clean and warm apartment. We arrived very late and were greeted by a heater that Elizabeth left on for us! 3 wonderful bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need! The house is located 40 minutes from the resort of San Isidro! We loved it and will be back for sure. I recommend it to everyone!

Everything was perfect, the house did not lack any detail and had everything for everyday use, hair dryer, iron, soap, napkins, kitchen towels, several sets of sheets, blankets, clothes pins…. We just arrived and didn't have to worry about buying anything last minute. Very good access and the garden for our two large dogs was incredible. Lots of peace and quiet and good heating for the winter in León. It is quite close to León city and on the way to it you have the Espacio León shopping center and a little further on a Lupa supermarket. The Cuadros area is very nice and there are routes and a lot of hills for cycling and you have towns like La Robla and its surroundings to visit 10 km away. We definitely made a great choice. Javier also told us that if we needed anything, we shouldn't hesitate to tell him, so everything was perfect.

Very quiet place and modern house, with many amenities and everything you need to spend the days

We were very comfortable, a very quiet area to disconnect and if you go with a pet you are in a wonderful environment and ideal for them. The little house has everything you need and lots of land. On one of our morning walks inside the estate we saw deer, an unforgettable experience.

Highly recommended place to find peace and quiet if you want, but at the same time very close to many places to visit. We went with children and they had a great time. A holy week that we have enjoyed with family and friends, a very nice place with spectacular views from the house to the entire valley and many routes for walking with different difficulties. I prefer the route from Cubos de la Memoria to Llanes to Colombina beach in Celorio, 10 km with very little elevation that goes along the Cantabrian coast with all its charm. About Maria Luisa, a very good host who has taken care of us very well and resolved all the needs we had.

We were guests with 2 children in Ruis Berghaus and loved it. The house offers enough space to romp around or get out of each other's way. It has a well-equipped kitchen, in which even the most important food is available and 2 bathrooms each with toilet and bathtub or shower. The shutters darken well. You just have to be aware that there are some (large) spiders in the house, which may have been due to the season (spring) during our visit. We were not bothered by the spider roommates, but for some people this could be problematic. The floor is tiled everywhere, but without underfloor heating, so it is best to bring slippers, otherwise there is a risk of cold feet. There are some nice hikes right from the house, as well as other (summit) hikes just a 5-15 minute drive away. We enjoyed it very much in this mountain house and we can fully recommend it for a stay as a family or group of max. 8 people.
