A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located place in the old town of Constance. Only about 450 meters to the lake and Seerhein, to the harbor and train station, to the bus station and the Swiss border, to the city garden and beer gardens, to swimming areas and sports facilities. Just a few meters to bus stops, shops and a bike path. Excursions to the surrounding area can be made by public transport. Ideal for a vacation without a car.
