Waterfront vacation rentals in Bognor Regis

The appartment was in an excellent location although access to the town on foot was hampered by the recent rockfall which had blocked all access via the direct route. This, obviously was outside of David and Mandy hands, but advanced info on this issue would have been helpful, as my wife is still recovering from a knee replacement. However, this would not have resulted in us changing our booking. The property was well equipped, comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view over the beach and sea. Ventnor Park and the beach were all within 10 to 15minute walking distance and the town would have been less than five minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Had a great stay the house is fabulous very clean and spacious really central close to shops restaurants etc. We felt right at home. Anna was very responsive to some questions we had. We will definitely be booking again as we regularly visit the island as my brother and his family live there. Would highly recommend 👍

This place is absolutely gorgeous spot to stay it overlooks the beach ,sit on balcony watch the world go by .it was lovely and clean with pretty decor all through it feels like your at home .definitely coming back soon

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

Clare has a great setup, with a functional living space, provision of a work desk with charging plugs and a functional kitchen. It was a great location for us opposite the park, with plenty of on-street parking available, and a pleasant walk to the several pubs in the area.

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Came here for a weekend to be with family members, it was ideal, the whole house was beautiful and having en suites to every bedroom was great. ( 8 adults were staying) Everything was so clean and the kitchen had everything you needed, it was an ideal house to spend time ‘together’ it felt very much like a home, the hot tub was lovely to use and having access to the beach from tne garden made it. We swam, went to a local sauna on the beach, went to local cafes and walked to some bars for lunchtime food and drink. We walked for miles along the beach, the views were spectacular from the house , none of us wanted to leave! A great house for location , for relaxing and catching up and spending time with family or friends , so much space you definitely didn’t feel claustrophobic or on top of each other. Feel blessed to have been able to stay at such a beautiful house, thankyou, we all said we’d like to come back one day in the future.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. We celebrated a 98th birthday here. Was just perfect to open the conservatory doors and be straight onto the beach. Very clean and spacious home. Everything we needed was in the property. Very easy access to all attractions nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

We had a wonderful stay at this delightful accommodation in the heart of Warsash. Tucked away in a peaceful spot, it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The beds were especially comfy and we slept so well. The host, Mark was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We also loved exploring the area—walking a good stretch of the coastal path and taking the charming little pink passenger ferry across the Hamble was a real highlight. We’d absolutely love to return!

Another great stay at Marks. Easy communications Mark is very responsive excellent location and really enjoyable stay in this pristine flat. It is close to the beach and lots of bars and cafés in a great road in Hove. Look forward to staying again soon.

It was a great stay to explore the cotswold and be close to the cruise port. nice view of the marina and very clean. highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. We had a lovely time in this place!! Very stylish, tidy space. It was conveniently located near a supermarket and Hove station. The only downside was that the stairwell had a strong small of cigarettes, which made the hallway a bit smelly.
