Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

This inviting artist and designer home has its very own unique style. The home is decorated in a nice design, where every detail is thought of. On a daily basis, this special place is used by the performing artist (landlord), but when guests are invited into this authentic and unique space, everything is only used by guests including the kitchen and bathroom. There is a creative and nice environment with soul and spirit, spiced up with a little luxury. Close to Odense C, and in the middle of the nature protected area with marked hiking trails.

I løbet af en time kan man bl.a. komme til Legoland, og Givskud Zoo. Haven er lukket og et dejligt åndehul. Der kan tændes op i bålstedet og man kan nyde et køligt glas i det hyggelige væksthus. Obs. Der er trapper i boligen derfor ikke handikap venlig. Forældre må selv vurdere ift. mindre børn
