The apartment in the attic can accommodate 4 people. Kitchen and nice, large bathroom available. Nice restaurants and cafes for breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. Bus and train stops are also within walking distance and you can be in Munich city center in 20 minutes. Manuel always answered and supported us promptly with questions and concerns. The property is highly recommended.

He gave us some recommendations outside of the activities we had planned. It’s good enough distance from Oktoberfest, I will definitely be booking again next year!

Went above and beyond to accommodate an extremely late train into Neufahrn. Quiet and quaint place with a beautiful garden. Short ride on the train into Munich and a beautiful walk to the station.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Andre is a great person, we really feel like at home. The apartment is modern style and worth what paid. Andre is responsive and very kind person. I have the honor to stay there. I recommend it

The apartment was very nice and in a great area to explore Bavaria with easy rail access to Munich. Rosalind was proactive with instructions and very welcoming on our arrival. Some great information was given for local amenities and ideas for great walks in the Bavarian Alps. Thank you for your terrific contribution to a great time 😊

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

Very friendly hosts, the apartment is beautiful as shown in the pictures. Everything super clean and very nicely decorated. Everything is within walking distance, Lake Ammersee is only a few minutes walking distance away. A beautiful area. We will be happy to come back sometime. I highly recommend this place.

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.

Petra's place can be recommended without exception. It has a great location and is exceptionally quiet. There is plenty to do in the area if you like to be outdoors in nature. The place is very great and absolutely nothing is missing. It's a place you always like to come back to.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The kitchen was well equipped, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom also left nothing to be desired. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the beautiful view – perfect for relaxing. The contact with Sabine was warm, straightforward and professional. We had wonderful time in Edurne's apartment! It's a cute place with lots of room and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the back watching the neighborhood (there's a second balcony off the kitchen). Edurne also provided everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. It's a great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants on a wonderful tree lined street. We would gladly stay again.

Barbara and Klaus are friendly and very helpful hosts. The place is cosy and well equipped. There was a nice homemade cake awaiting for us in the kitchen and the kids were gifted chocolate and plush toys too. What a warm welcome! Thanks for everything, we enjoyed our stay in the house and the region is beautiful. We highly recommend this place!
