Very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to 2 markets and a nice cafe. A great place to stay!

I stayed at the apartment for nearly a month and had a wonderful experience. Sergey was an exceptional host—always helpful and quick to provide solutions for anything we needed. He truly sets the standard for hospitality. The apartment is located on the second floor, easily accessible, and exceptionally clean. It’s well-equipped with everything necessary for daily living, including laundry facilities, cooking appliances, and entertainment options. Although I didn’t use the pool myself, there is a fantastic on-site pool as well as a gym. The property is private and very quiet—perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful environment. It’s important to respect the quiet hours, which helps maintain the calm atmosphere. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The community is gated and has 24/7 security. For transportation, taxis are available, but I highly recommend renting a car in Northern Cyprus where public transport is limited. There are markets close by walking distance.

It was great!!! Everything you need for a vacation. The pool is huge, with a great large sunbathing area. Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim in the pool ;) it's also winter :) Breakfast on the terrace in the sun - fantastic! The sea view from the bedroom - magnificent! Hopefully nothing will be built in front of it, so that other guests can also enjoy this view! What was really nice; one evening there was a thunderstorm. We pulled back the curtains in the bedroom and could watch the weather lights from bed. It was so intense, the lightning twitching over the sea. This view is simply priceless!!! The house was perfect. Set back in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful garden right in the middle of nature! It was so peaceful and tranquil. The house had everything in it to help with your stay. Just a few minutes walk took you to the main road where you could catch a dolmus to take you to Kyrenia centre, Ozankoy, Lapta, Nicosia, Bellapais .... Dizem was always available and made contact to check that everything was OK. I would highly recommend Stone house if you are looking for a relaxing break in the middle of nature.😀
