Randa Catherine's apartment is in a great part of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clear instructions, would recommend for a short stay.

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay at the Surf Shack. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful—perfect for unwinding and soaking in nature. One of the highlights was the deck, where we spent countless peaceful hours enjoying the river and the overall calmness of the area. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great food options just a short walk away, which made exploring the neighborhood both easy and enjoyable. Our hosts were excellent. Both he and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they responded to our questions exceptionally quickly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a laid-back vacation.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

Quiet little place, quiet building, quiet little town. Short drive to Kingston for everything you need. Ample parking.

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

This was a beautiful and peaceful stay. Right on the water with a sandy swimming area and dock. Absolutely gorgeous. Severin and his wife made us feel right at home, supplying us with firewood to use at their fire pit and water bottles upon arrival. This comfortable studio was very clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Private, free parking available!

Great view of the river, passing ships, and fantastic sunsets… which is what we were looking for in our few days up on the River. place was nice and cozy. wish we had more time to relax and enjoy. I’d return here again!

Jacqualine’s place feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s HOME. Great quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, etc. — not just a rental filled with inexpensive furniture and supplies. Beautiful wide windows in the living space that look out at the river. Sturdy dock that was perfect for our kids to swim off of. Private parking with space to turn around so you’re not backing out onto a busy street. Plenty of spots to view amazing sunsets. The list of positives could go on…. Located in a quiet village with a pub, small market, coffee shop and a few boutiques, it’s a great location to set up home base if you want to be within easy driving distance (+/- 25min) of more touristy towns like Clayton and Alexandria Bay but still have some peace and quiet on the river.

This place was spacious & beautiful! The outside area & dock was perfect for all of us! The kitchen was stocked w/ many plates, pots & pans. Would definitely come back !!

What an awesome spot! Really short drive to each A Bay and Clayton and just a short hop over the bridge to Wellesley Island. The home is super comfortable and clean and privately located directly on the water. Will stay again!

Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!

We stayed here for the weekend with friends and had a great time! The place was very nice, and comfortable. It has a beautiful view and a big yard that was perfect for the kids to play in. Jenny was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Lorrie was extremely responsive and friendly. She gave us easy instructions for check in and check out. Her kitchen came with all the essentials you'll need to cook a meal. The only thing we needed to bring were towels for showering. The house is older with charm galore, it is not a hotel room it is a home with personality. Being near water expect some bugs, we dealt with some flies, but a fly swatter was provided. We loved that all the bedrooms had a/c units and the private dock across the street was perfect to sit by in the morning and OMG the sunsets! It was a perfect vacation spot that housed my large family. While the tap water is safe to drink we bought a case of water bottles as we didn't like the taste of the water.

Responsive host, nice and cozy place, we had a good time. Nice place, well situated.
