Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Bobs Lake

The place was spotless and had even more kitchen stuff then expected. Great view and living room plus all the bedrooms were in perfect condition!

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

Our young family booked this rental for some quiet time after the holidays. The decor, layout and view are all excellent. The house manual was clear and helpful, and nothing beats walking into a cozy space with a fire ready for you. It's rare we find a space that works for the kids and dogs, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus! We'd love to check it out in the summer when the nearby towns have more going on.

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

The home was a perfect resting spot for an overnight in Kingston. It was located very close to our tournament and made for a quiet night before the big day.

Rachels place was amazing! Hard to believe, but it was even nicer in person than the pictures! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and homey. We didn't end up using the pool (lack of time and weather), but everything was set up for us. We did use the hot tub, which was fantastic! Thank you, Rachel, for the hospitality and for allowing us to experience your little home away from home. 😊

This was our first stay at this place and is by far the nicest we have had. This country house/cottage has tons of charm and none of the downsides that sometimes comes with it. Everything worked perfectly. The place is very charming and we already look forward to going back to spend time there again. Peter is an exceptional host.

Our family had a great stay at Martin’s place over the holidays - we took full advantage of the hot tub, sauna and endless games which are huge bonuses to the property! Everything was as described in the listing and when we did have questions or concerns Martin was quick to respond and provide us with a solution. Would definitely stay again.

Everything in the posting was spot on! Actually there were even more games/ etc than expected. Only thing would have been helpful to point out would be the unit is to the left of the house - sorry for peeking in your back yard on our arrival! Would love to return someday soon.

Tats place was great, well maintained. There could be additional seating in the lounge to accommodate more people. There was a small issue with water but Tat was quick to respond and resolve. Overall our stay was comfortable and would recommend

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! We loved staying here! The hot tub was the highlight for us but really the place had everything we needed for a friends reunion weekend! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, which we used as we love cooking for ourselves rather than eating out. We played ping pong, had a bon fire, played video games, watched a movie, walked around the neighborhood, and soaked in the hot tub 8 times in just a weekend. It was perfect!

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Our stay was great! No issues whatsoever, host was accommodating and friendly, house had everything we needed, we stayed for work, so didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit with wood provided which I thought was very nice of the hosts! Water was not potable but the hosts leave you lots of drinking water, and water to make coffee!!

We loved our stay at this cabin. The beautiful views and hot tub were a real highlight. We appreciated all the small details in this rental: little chocolates upon our arrival, sharp kitchen knives for cooking, bathrobes for the hot tub. The hosts were wonderful communicators. It was a perfect winter get-away, but we're definitely going to try to come back in the summer for some lake swims! Thanks for hosting us.

We just spent a lovely winter weekend here and it was fantastic. Surrounded by beautiful wintry woods and next to a frozen lake. Cozy fireplace and blankets, good selection of games. Great place to disconnect, unwind, snuggle up, and enjoy the quiet. Would definitely recommend.

What a gorgeous spot! The cottage is so cozy with lots of lovely little touches and the location was so serene. We enjoyed having our coffee as we gazed out at the water. I’m no sure it’s even prettier in the summer.

The stay at Allison’s house was very convenient! Very clean! Very welcoming & much nicer than staying in a hotel! We loved the fact that for 3 ladies we each had our own bedroom! I would certainly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Kingston Ontario Thank you Allison!
