Thoroughly recommend this house for a group gathering. Beautiful property with great facilities and amazing views. The outside dining area was a great family space from which to enjoy the views and watch the spectacular sunset. A bonus is the use of the swimming pool and games room.

Primrose Farm Barn

A huge thank you to Catherine and Dan, we had a super stay for the weekend. Beautiful location, peaceful and stunning views. Communication from the point of booking was quick and friendly. The barn at Primrose Farm was so easy to find thanks to Catherine’s instructions. Warm and welcoming hosts, who couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and our two dogs had a lovely time roaming the garden and fields behind. Thank you both so much, we will be back! We had a great family holiday,in lovely spacious accommodation, with stunning views in a fabulous part of the country. The property had everything that was needed and more, the children loved the lego and games room, and space to be themselves, the adults loved the well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and bedroom, with plenty of space for all, with room to find personal space too. the location was spot on for exploring the Suffolk area. The swimming pool and games room were good too and we took full advantage of the pool with the children being keen swimmers. Than you Anna for providing a lovely Airbnb. Martin

Peaceful Rural Cottage

GinaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
A lovely peaceful stay in an extremely clean and well presented accommodation. It was very tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The linen and towels were of a lovely quality. There is a large fridge/freezer which was great to have, as these are few and far between in some Air BnB’s. Paulene was very welcoming and informative and also left us a welcome pack, which is a lovely gesture. There’s a small enclosed patio area - good for dogs, but there’s also a lawned area - not enclosed and not attached, which you can use to walk your dog. We went further afield to the coast for longer walks. It is in a good location for Southwold, only about 15 minutes away, also Covehithe beach. We would 100% recommend a stay here for visiting the Suffolk coast and surrounding areas. We have stayed in numerous Air BnB’s and this is certainly up there with the best. Thank you Paulene & Lester for allowing us to stay over New Year - just what we needed.

Nestled between Walberswick and Southwold

AlexandraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Fabulous house - from the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen to the comfortable garden furniture, from the the spacious bedrooms with great views to the comfortable lounge. The garden is just lovely and the dog had a brilliant time in it. It would have been possible not to leave the house and have a great week - with a wide selection of good books, boules to play, and and binoculars to look out over the estuary all provided. Blythburgh Church beautiful and impressive. Lots to do nearby - walking to Walberswick, and with Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich all an easy drive away. The White Hart pub - only a short walk away - was welcoming with a good menu. And the Fox down the road in Darsham and The Plough in Wangford also good. Lauren was great responding to queries - and all of us from the ages of 11 up to 78 had a great week. A superb place to stay and unwind.
