We were greeted by Marlon's aunt. The apartment had 1 garage space, and when we arrived at the apartment, everything was very organized, clean, had towels, soaps and shampoo, books, Wi-Fi, coffee and coffee machine, water filter, everything, a complete apartment. Great stay, I recommend it.

All perfect, we were very well received, and we had all the attention in the world. All very well explained. The apartment is complete, it has everything you need. Airton was very explanatory and helped us with any and all questions.

Very functional and practical house for those on a tour. It is very well located, central to several places in Blumenau. The host is attentive and responds quickly.

The apartment is spacious and cozy, complete with furniture and utensils..well located close to great restaurants and commerce! In addition, we had great communication with the owners guiding us in every detail of the apartment and still left cold beers in the refrigerator waiting for us! We were surprised, and we love it!

Great location and wonderful restaurants nearby. Close to the mall and pharmacies, which makes it easy for any eventuality! Fully automated check-in, which was new to us, but we thought it was perfect! We would definitely return to this accommodation if necessary!

I went with my coworker to FEBRATEX and we stayed in Vinicius' apartment. The apartment is extremely nice and comfortable. Vinicius is very responsive, he picked us up in the center and gave us all the support we needed during our stay.
