Vacation rentals with a patio in Blue Mountains

We loved our stay at Helen’s! Firstly she was kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier than planned and gave us directions on transport to Avalon. The 199 bus has access to the city and up to palm beach. The apartment is right across from the bus stop and all the local cafes, restaurants and Woolies. A quick 2 min walk to the beac, it is the perfect location. The apartment is spotless and you can a lot of thought has gone into all the amenities. As mentioned in other reviews, being no air con. It was a hot few days there and we did find it a little hot especially at night. My tip is to open all windows and doors in the arvo to let the ocean cool breeze in and keep the blinds down all day. There are fans but depends on your tolerance to the heat. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back again one day.

Thanks for being a great host. Our stay at this place has been super comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay during your trip. We really loved the layout of the property, it’s amazing balcony and its close proximity to the public transport. Hope to return again!!

Alice is a very friendly person and recommended many places for us to visit nearby. The accommodation is located in an established Chinese neighbourhood, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the train.

Jann’s place was an amazing vacation away from the busy city. We really enjoy exploring the town and the surrounding 7 valleys. Would make the move to these towns; it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The place felt just like a home as it was neat and tidy with the little touches to make it home. Upon arriving, we have a milk to make a coffee after a long drive, as well as wine for later. The place has a lot of things you would need. Easy and clear instructions on how to access the house and information booklets for places to see and visit. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay as you explore the town and the towns around. A week flew by so quickly and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

On arrival at Marlenes House we were a little confused as we entered through her house and we thought the flat had its own private entrance. Access to the flat was up the stairs from the main house, once in the flat it was very private with a full kitchen - loungeroom , beautiful bathroom with washing machine , King size bedroom with large wardrobe and a beautiful deck. We spent 7 weeks at Marlenes and loved every minute of it. The flat was so clean , the linen was beautiful we felt like king and queen and slept beautifully. We loved our afternoons on the large Deck surrounded by beautiful trees and watching the chooks roam the yard. Marlene was so beautiful and friendly and made us feel so welcome and at home. We would highly recommend Marlenes accommodation and we will definitely be back. Thanks Marlene for a wonderful stay

Our stay at this beautiful spacious house in Sydney was unforgettable! The location couldn’t have been better – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is modern, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Alicia was incredibly friendly and helpful, very early check-in was possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Sydney getaway and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay at this lovely home. Our hosts were friendly, great communicators and fast responders. The home is immaculate and styled beautifully. The garden and surrounds are extremely peaceful and our pup enjoyed the safe and pet friendly gardens. Highly recommend this hoe for a relaxing get away.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

Kids sport weekend in Bathurst. Great place to launch out for the various sport and social activities. Only 10mins from Bathurst centre yet quiet and plush. Movie theatre room a hit for the down time.

Such a GORGEOUS space! The view from the balcony and the king bedroom especially were incredible. It is situated in a quiet street that is a very short drive to nearby cafes and restaurants. Feel very lucky to have enjoyed our night at this wonderful home. Worth the money for the views alone, but the place is fit out in modern furniture and decor, too.

Yuruga is an incredible property. Every detail is immaculate. The photos do not do the home justice, it’s even better in person. The bedrooms are beautiful. The facilities are amazing. Our stay here was mafnificent. Beth is so lovely, extremely helpful and kind. I can’t fault it.

The station was only a 10-minute walk away, so getting there wasn’t inconvenient. The host was always quick to respond and very kind, even accommodating some requests that might have been a bit difficult. The room was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of towels provided. Everything I needed was available. The only downside was that the showerhead was missing, and the water pressure was a bit weak, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend it to others!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very well stocked. The location is amazing within a very walkable neighbourhood. Super comfy bed. We loved the balcony too. Malcolm was friendly, informative & provided some groceries. He answered any questions quickly. We will definitely stay there again

We had an amazing stay. It had all the amenities as described. Sophia was very accommodating with our check-in check-out needs. Smaller place then we’re used to coming from the States, but just perfect for the time we spent there. Would definitely recommend!!

Great size for the price, filled with all the facilities you would need if you have a longer stay; full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. Has a nice private outdoor area with chairs and table. Easy check in and out, location has street parking only. Would recommend as a great place to stay if visiting or working in the area.

Best AirBnb we’ve stayed at. Super cool, charming, comfortable, easy, great layout, fully equipped with everything required. Bondi beach chic. Fab location, quiet yet easy walk to beach, cafes, shops, amenities, etc. Easy connections to city, airport and beyond. We had the best time, relaxed completely, left feeling super refreshed. Claudia was amazing, super responsive, friendly, flexible, clear comms. Thank you 🙏🏽 We will stay again next time we’re visiting Sydney, highly recommend.

Having public transport on the doorstep does have drawbacks, however we knew about the noise from the trams and the positives outweighed the negatives.
