This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

You feel secluded and private - everything you need to stay in - but also minutes from Woodstock and great restaurants. Beautiful views! Very romantic vibes, especially in the winter. The host was super helpful with communication about the weather. We got lots of snow and ice while there, and they made sure the steep driveway was well plowed and sanded for our departure.

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

This was our second time staying here for a family getaway and it was better than we remembered. The hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. It snowed a bunch while we were here and they made sure we had what we needed and a plow came to help us get out of the driveway. The fireplaces are such a cozy touch and our dog loves the big fenced yard. We will be returning again!

It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was very neat and cozy. As a couple that loves to cook, the kitchen was amazing and made our weekend. They also had plenty of great games for us to be able to reconnect with one another. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. We would come visit again!

Cozy and charming house with unique and fun decor. There was a fire going when we arrived and the house was warm and cozy. Great location within minutes of the town of Woodstock. Hosts had great local recommendations. The sauna was definitely my favorite, felt so good to relax after a long day of hiking.

There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)

It’s a fantastic place to stay—a well-designed, private home with a great layout. Conveniently located near the mountain, it’s perfect for skiing while still offering a peaceful retreat.

We loved our time at this beautiful cottage! We have been to lots of Airbnb’s, and most have been a good experience. This cottage was something more. We both felt instantly relaxed when we walked in the door. It was so cozy and comfortable. We slept great in the comfy bed. The pictures can’t describe the feeling of the place. Warm, cozy, peaceful, inspiring, comfortable, quiet and truly rejuvenating. I will be making a trip to the area again as soon as possible, just to stay in this cabin retreat.

Exactly what I expected, very clean inside, easy check in. I loved that the host sent me hiking trails to explore and restaurant recommendations. The exopus creek near the property is beautiful and I loved the charm of the building!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Ginger’s studio loft apartment on repeat occasion. It is my first choice when visiting Greenwich! It is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and highway; yet you feel like you are far from the hustle and bustle. Thoughtfully supplied coffee, tea, and snack items are available to make your arrival and first morning easy. I always travel with my personal toiletry items, but if you don’t the basics are all there. Thank you for another comfortable stay!

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

Stayed 4 days at Cecia’s place and it was wonderful! She was very helpful with the whole process! The place had everything you need ! Her husband came out and helped me with the parking pass and gave me great recommendations and clear instructions on how to catch the bus to head to manhattan. For anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting New York this is the perfect spot away from the hectic city but close and convenient enough to get to with the bus stop being about 3 minutes walking distance! Definitely will be booking Cecia’s home again if available next time I visit!

Sarah's loft was exactly as described. Parking was handy and the space felt safe. We were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant as well as a nice walking path near the river. We definitely recommend this loft, especially for couples.

Nicola’s place is one of our absolute favorites. The serene home reflects a kind and responsive host who communicates with great warmth. This is the second time we stayed there and would love to return.

My friends and I had an amazing time here!! The kitchen was incredible and we were able to make a multi course meal. The yard was beautiful, we felt safe and were able to unwind and hang out. The hosts were amazing and responsive, answering all of our questions and accommodating all of our needs. The house was clean and comfortable and I would happily stay here again :)

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

We stayed at Juan's home for 2 weeks while renovations were being done on our home, which is very close to Juan's home. Juan is a fantastic host: extremely responsive and accommodating. The house itself is just as good - if not better - than the photos would have you believe. It is comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious. We were thrilled to be able to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking it.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home in New Paltz. We were nine family members, ages 6-75, who enjoyed four days here after our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to decompress from a very exciting and magical wedding weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable with a number of areas to relax and enjoy- indoors and out. The pool was a lot of fun, and the house was well provisioned and nicely decorated. It was a rare treat to find a rental house that included basic supplies such as spices, pantry staples like flour and sugar, etc. Ken was an amazing host, very responsive if we had a question and provided a great list of local resources and recommendations that was very helpful. New Paltz is a fun town with a number of good restaurants and more to do in the area than we could manage in four days. Highlights included a day trip to Storm King (fabulous!) and another day to Hyde Park where we visited the Roosevelt homestead and Vanderbilt mansion.

This property and the host were both wonderful. The views and scenery did not disappoint. Being able to watch the deer peacefully walk by and enjoy the beautiful views I'll never forget. The property is private, perched attop a small mountain, with a large fenced in backyard perfect for the pup to get some exercise. Great hiking trails nearby. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Overall a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon!

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

Comfortable and well situated property in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in most of the time due to the weather, can’t wait to come back and enjoy it when it’s not frozen out (tho the frozen views were top notch). Thank you!
