Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

The house was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils… anything needed. The bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The bedrooms all had towels and washcloths set out for everyone. The garage was clear and usable, the extra fridge/freezer was really helpful. There was plenty of parking. The basement had a great pool table and a couple of video games that were fun. The whole house just made you feel at home, and it was clean and beautiful. The privacy was also great. The hostess was extremely responsive when contacted. And there is plenty of room and can sleep a ton of people. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Our group had a fantastic time at Will's place for a bachelor party weekend. The house was great, in a great location, and Will was super friendly, responsive, and helpful with great recommendations We definitely recommend Will's place, and will be back again if we're ever in the area!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. There are 6 beds but still lots of living space (3 living areas). There is a lovely study for anyone doing remote work. I am certain the pool is amazing in the summer as the landscaping is beautiful. It is a short drive out of DC but very close to National Harbor with tons of restaurants. This made it great to see the sites and then come to a quiet place and relax. The hosts were amazing and answered questions right away. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

We had an awesome stay here—it totally exceeded our expectations! My friends and I were driving big pickup trucks, and the front driveway had plenty of space for all our vehicles plus one more, which was a huge plus. Right when we walked in, we could smell how clean everything was. The place was spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the host went above and beyond by leaving us mini water bottles, orange juice, milk, coffee, and sugar. It was such a thoughtful touch! The bedrooms were super spacious, and we felt spoiled having our own showers. Each shower even had its own set of toiletries, which was really convenient. The location was great, and while the train at night was a bit loud, the host had earplugs available. I used them and had no trouble sleeping. Overall, this place really felt like home. Stuart’s home is very clean and comfortable at the same time. The neighborhood feels safe and easy to walk; lots of great restaurants in the area. It is also very close to all of the Downtown DC attractions. I would suggest taking Uber or Lyft; it was easy to get around.

We are a family of five with a dog and we enjoyed the most peaceful, beautiful stay here. The house is gorgeous and every detail is extremely thoughtful. The hosts have provided nearly anything you could need. They were also extremely responsive when we needed help with anything. You can tell it means a lot to them that their guests enjoy their stay. We loved kayaking in the bay, sitting around the fire at night, and just enjoying the unparalleled views of the bay. Lots of great seafood restaurants nearby and parks with beautiful beaches. My kids are already asking to come back.

Hashim's place is a true home away from home. Great for short and long term stays. Friendly host. Would recommend, and stay here again.

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

Just finished a weeklong stay at Jonathan's place. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The place was clean, orderly, and well decorated (loved all the dance artwork, especially since my wife used to be a dance teacher). There was plenty of room for six of us (grandparents, Mom, Dad, and two kids) and the beds were comfortable. The house was nicely stocked with plenty of coffee and tea options. It was nice to have a deck to sit outside on and enjoy the local atmosphere and watch all the dogs playing in the park. It is a great location with quick walking access to the Shaw-Howard metro station, which we walked to almost every day we were there, and several local restaurants and small grocery/convenience stores within a few blocks walk. While sirens are heard quite frequently, this appears to be due to the nearby Howard University hospital traffic. There was never a time that I felt unsafe in the neighborhood, even when walking with my 11 and 13 year old children.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

I’ve taken quite a few trips and this was the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in. It looks exactly like the pictures and perfect for a large group. We were all able to have our own rooms and space. The house sits alone which is great for privacy. Crystal was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and well taken care of. It was well stocked with things we needed. The proximity to DC was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!
