Valerie was particularly helpful with suggestions of things to do in Edinburgh and a local walk to the observatory. The kitchen contained everything we needed. There were maps of bus routes provided. The beds were comfy and plenty of room to sit and relax in the lounge.

Jim and Louise were friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable and was as described. The offering of breakfast items in the morning was more than we had expected. It was lovely to have that opportunity. The bus stop to go into the city is really close by. It makes this Airbnb an excellent base for a couples of days in lovely Edinburgh. We highly recommend Jim and Louise’s place for your next stay in Edinburgh!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Anna is the most wonderful host; from giving us tips on getting around the city and recommending spots to visit to offering us ice cream and other treats, she did everything she could to ensure we felt welcome had a wonderful stay. The room is clean and cozy, same for the bathroom. The location is excellent; the neighborhood is calm and beautiful, and the more touristy area is only a quick walk away. Zero complaints. We had a lovely time and hope to return one day!

Nicola and Sean's apartment was truly amazing in every regard. The location (walking distance from the center, good public transit around, lively but not overly ), the apartment itself (gorgeous, flooded with light, well equipped), the check in and out, as well as communication with the two of them - all amazing. I worked remotely from the apartment for a week while visiting a friend from uni in the evenings and on the week ends. The apartment had everything I needed and was so nice it even had me taking interior design notes. Had some of the best sleep I've ever had there and it was some of the nicest remote work I've done - the apartment has huge, sunny windows. Thank you both so much for hosting, I had an exceptional time 😊
