Contemporary Guesthouse in Town

"The Shedd" used to be a shed before our architect got a hold of it and turned it into a retreat for writing, reading, and napping. The 800 sq. ft. guesthouse has a bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, small kitchen, dining nook, sitting area, desk, wifi, and A/C. Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. Best of all, The Shedd has many windows and lots of fresh air and natural light.

The Hideout

This is our little hideout near the heart of downtown Leavenworth. It's a studio unit with a 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, sofa, Roku TV, great wifi, soft towels, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and more. It does not have a stove or cooking equipment other than a microwave. It is a basement unit but with lots of light. It's one of three units in the building and there is a unit above this one so you WILL likely hear footsteps or muted voices from above at times.

These gorgeous condominiums are located on the top three floors of a five story building. Easy access from parking via an elevator and access to Front Street from the 4th floor entrance. Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
