The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. If you have a bag/ backpack walking is not a big problem. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.

Adkomst via sjøveien med privat båt. De som leier hytten må kunne kjøre båt. Leie av båt er inkludert i hytteleien. Bensin til båt må betales av leietaker.

Cabin in unique surroundings 30 min. from Bergen

Cabin with top qualities in fantastic surroundings by the sea. The cabin is located at Krokeide in Fana, only 30 min. to the center of Bergen, and 15 min. to Lagunen, which is one of Norway's largest shopping centres. It is 15 min. to Bergen Airport. There are opportunities to rent small boat, and large boat with a captain. Contact the landlord for more information. Loud parties are not permitted out of consideration for neighbours.

Rolig og fint sted cirka 4 km forbi Strandvik sentrum. Der det finns butikk-resturang/pub og flott park. Sandvolleyballbaner er der også. Huset ligg idyllisk til tett ved sjøen. Kano kan lånast og fiskemuligheitene er gode. Båten på bildene kan og brukes. Vi har og noen sykler som kan lånes. Ypperlig for alle som ynskjer ferie i rolige omgivelser. Moderne hus med varme i alle gulv. Huset er på 120 kvadrat, alt på eit plan. Mulighet for lading av elbil. Fiske muligheter. Muligheter for leige av båt ca 14 fot med påhengsmotor. Har paddleboard og til leie 2 stykk Tur muligheter, kort veg til Folgefonna sommerskisenter, Baroniet i Rosendahl. Ca 10 min til nærmeste butikk med bil. Ca 1 time og 30 min til Bergen.

Dette er et kulturhistorisk sted, husmannsplass, gammel stil, landlig i friluftsområde med fin badestrand, båt, SUP og kajakker, flott utsikt, familievennlig. Stedet passer bra for par, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr). Strand og plen er et populært offentlig område.
