This is a rental cottage by the sea on Naoshima, a sacred place for art. There are two buildings, one on the ocean side and one on the mountain side, and Kai is the building on the ocean side. Free parking is available on site, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a detached two-story building, with 6 beds in the bedroom on the ground floor and 2 futons in the Japanese-style room on the second floor, accommodating up to 6-8 people. There is a family-type kitchen and washing machine, so it can be used not only for family and friends, but also for student training camps, seminar trips, etc. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to the Venetian Art Site and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing while staying on Naoshima. For the bedroom area, we have thick futons instead of beds, also with small children in mind. In addition, the futon area is slightly elevated with tatami mats. 【Teshima’s Ocean View Retreat Tokuto】King Villa

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.
