As a group of 4 with all different backgrounds and multilinguals, we had the opportunity to spend NYE at this picturesque house with the best hosts Angele and Fred. Pictures just don't do justice to describe how wonderfully decorated, clean , comforting and welcoming this house is. Beautiful and full of history. We found ourselves lucky , having had the opportunity to spend two nights in this place and get to know the hosts. Super friendly, accomodating, warm and flexible. From the fireplace, to the authentic rooms , lovely garden, delicious breakfast , everything was superb. Cannot fault it and highly recommend around the festive periods if you want to have a cosy and peaceful time in this magical spot. Lastly cannot thank Angele and Fred enough for having us over and sharing their home and a bit of their lives with us. It has been a wonderful start to the year, thanks to them!! Hope to be back one day again!

Following our night at Stéphane's we had a very good welcome from Stéphane, it was very warm, the room was spotless, we recommend this place. The landscape is beautiful, calm and relaxing.

We were provided a ground floor room with a terrace onto a large yard area, which was perfect since they accommodated us and our two dogs. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities you'd need, excellent location, extra quiet, and outstanding breakfast... a great value for our weekend! Check out Au Cerf restaurant across town for dinner!

Marc was an absolutely exceptional host! His home is not only stunning, but also filled with the most beautiful antiques, art, glassware, and china—every corner feels like a curated treasure. Marc went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, and his kindness and hospitality truly made our experience special. We loved getting to know him and appreciated how thoughtful and welcoming he was. Just 20 minutes from Strasbourg, his home was the perfect peaceful retreat. We’re so grateful for Marc’s gracious hosting and would absolutely stay again!

The hosts were very friendly and communicative, the room and the house were very nice and it was in a good area of Obernai from where you could walk to the city center. We would definitely repeat.

Typical house immersed in a quiet village!

A wonderful stay with Agnès. Super hospitable, you feel right at home. Very flexible with check-in time and put a delicious breakfast on the table. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Definitely a recommendation to stay. We slept there in transit, with 2 young children. Thank you Agnès!

Great welcome from the hosts who were lovely. They kindly offered to drop us off in Rosheim the next day to accommodate us. Very nice view from the bedroom which is spacious for a family of 5. Hearty and delicious breakfast. I would recommend it 100%.

We booked this place urgently the same morning, it was a happy find. Nadine is very friendly, responsive by message before our arrival. The room was very good (we were two adults, 1 child and 1 baby). The children were delighted with the games made available and so were we. Very quiet, we slept very well. And very good breakfast. Melanie, with her husband, created gardens that are a feast for the eyes... the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are impeccable, the breakfast is very hearty: homemade cakes and jams... everything is the subject of her beautiful attentions: seeds prepared by her are offered to you... 3 nights with Catherine & Eric were like visiting family. It started with a very warm welcome. The room with private bathroom was spacious and very cozy with lovingly selected details. The shared kitchen for the guests offered everything necessary. The fantastic view from the terrace invited you to relax. Breakfast is rustic traditional and the hosts very attentive and accommodating. Take home delicacies and game specialties. Saved to your favorites list to come back to. 🫶🏻

Micheline gave us an excellent welcome and was very accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times. Although our stay was very short, the few exchanges with her were extremely friendly. Special mention to the quality breakfast, especially the plum jam.

We had a great time at Georges's place! Georges was very welcoming and immediately put us at ease, he was very attentive to us. The accommodation was impeccable, clean, functional, very pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beautiful garden. We also had a great evening, with a delicious meal prepared by Georges! The same goes for breakfast with fresh and tasty products. Simply unbeatable, our stay was extraordinary from start to finish. Marie is an exceptional host, the kind that turns a good stay into an unforgettable experience. She took care of everything, was always attentive, approachable and at the same time respectful of our space and preferences. He also offered us recommendations to get to know the area and even booked us a table at a restaurant because we didn't speak the language. The accommodation was everything anyone could expect; cozy, impeccable and with many details that showed the care with which everything is thought out. The great and varied breakfast is worth mentioning; an authentic delight prepared with local and homemade products. Finally, we would like to mention the rest of the 4-legged inhabitants, 1 dog, 4 cats and two sheep that brought even more warmth to the experience, their presence made the stay more cozy and fun. We would come back a thousand times 🫶

Lisa is an absolutely lovely host, who truly loves Strasbourg and has many great tips to share. She and Clement (and Gut the dog!) were friendly and welcoming, and we had an excellent stay in their beautiful apartment. Their decor is cute and playful, and the views out the windows are out of this world. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
