Friendly, helpful hosts, plus 2 lovely dogs and a cat! Location was great, with amenities, including restaurants, shops and 2 big parks within walking distance. Although the loft room was not available due to being renovated, Siobhan let me know well in advance. I was given another room instead which was conveniently next to the bathroom.

I had a nice stay at Siobhan's place in Kings Heath. The area is peaceful, but very close to the main street in KH with restaurants, cafes etc. Siobhan was very friendly and flexible with check in and greeted me with her two beautiful dogs (and there's also a gorgeous cat). The house is clean and comfortable and I would stay again. Recommended!

Paul is a great host, very helpful & quick at responding if any issues arose. All good with the property, clean & tidy & very happy to return. Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights over a weekend at the property and were delighted at the accomodation. It is clean, light, spacious and comfortable. Despite being so close to the city centre it was quiet and tucked away. We managed to park right outside. Everything was as described and we will definitely look to book again next time we visit the city.

The accommodation is absolutely fantastic. Me and my wife felt at home from home. All the facilities you would get in a luxury accommodation are available to use. Cosy, comfortable and relaxing are just some of the words I would use to describe. Dotun the host has been an absolute star, his communication and round the clock support has been superb. Neighbours are very helpful and pleasant. I would say both the acoomodation and the host Dotun are an asset for Airbnb. Highly recommended. 5 stars for accommodation and 5 stars for the host!

Lovely property in a central location in Leamington Spa. Close to shops, restaurants and the station. The property has lots of space, three double bedrooms and lovely clean linen and hot showers. The communal areas downstairs were a little chilly, but the outside temperature had dropped so that could be why, and this is an old property. Heating upstairs was Ok. Sian was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect for our needs for a weekend in Leamington Spa

I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Mark was a great host who made me feel comfortable and right at home. Mark was great to chat to as well as giving complete privacy. Marks home was perfectly clean and a comfy little place. Communication was great and very quick to respond to any questions and accommodate to my request of a late check in and check out. The room was great storage wise and very comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen personally to cook but has everything and anything one needs. I really couldn’t recommend Marks home enough. The area is also great as very close to town via bus or a short walk and has everything close by. I can’t forget Clive the cat who made a 10/10 stay a 1000/10, he was great company when I spent time in the garden and in the evening. I will definitely be back to Marks and Clive’s home if I need another local stay! Thank you!

Good and comfortable place, the owner is very nice and helpful. Can't expect more for an urgent business trip with a short notice.

Nice quiet location and the house is well maintained. Showers are both great provided you don’t run everything at same time.
