Closed through June because of the wretched virus. Hopefully open from July; any changes, you can cancel for a full refund. The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 15 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and a large double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls. No stag or hen parties.
“The place was great! Esther provides so many amenities, we had a great stay even with the city being so quiet. We came as Coronavirus started closing a lot of places. Even so, she gave us lots of suggestions which really helped make the most of our single night in town. We had a car and parking was available right in front of the guest entry. We walked just about the whole time and it was no problem getting into the different bustling areas of Liverpool. Then an Uber ride back was maybe 6 pounds. Not a bad trip at all.”
Come and stay on our Alpaca Farm in the heart of the Wirral. We live on a small holding, 10 minutes from beautiful beaches and coastline overlooking Liverpool and North Wales. We have alpacas, donkeys, chickens, cats and a dog. If you have carrots in your pockets, you’ll be very popular here! Our Paca Pod is a home from home with all the mod cons you need including a toilet, shower and kitchen
“The pacapod was a perfect couples getaway. We arrived in horrendous weather, but despite the wind and rain the pod soon warmed up and was lovely and cosy and completely dry. We were blessed with better weather the following days and got to meet the animals, the family are very knowledgable about the alpacas and donkeys and we had a great time. There are plenty of restaurants and a big tesco nearby for supplies, the pod did have basics in already. The farm is peaceful and the pod is well equipped and nicely decorated. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! We will definitely be returning.”
Quiet attic room with a king sized bed. Wonderful view to Liverpool from the bathroom. Breakfast buffet included. Free on road parking. Eco-friendly space with low carbon footprint. Approximately 85% of energy consumed is from solar panels on the property. Bed-linen for duvets and pillows are linen and lyocell which require less water and energy to produce than cotton.
“Vicki is a wonderful host. She is friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay again if we were back in the area. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern with a great city view. We had plenty of space and privacy. We very much enjoyed the included breakfast. Short walk to the train for a quick ride to the centre of Liverpool.”
