Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Ideell for vann aktiviteter (Bading, kanoturer, fisking etc) om sommeren, og ca 100 km preparerte langrennsløyper i nydelig terreng vinterstid. 4 soverom og 2 bad. Cabin alongside beutiful lake about 8 km from Evje in Setesdal for rent. Superb locations for water activitys (Swimming, canoing, fishing etc) in the summer, and about 100 km prepared ski tracks (Cross country) in the winter time. 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom.

Moderne, romslig hytte i lite hyttefelt, ved innsjø for bading og fisking. Kano inkludert. Flere terrasser der sola nytes fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld. Grill og bålplass. 10 min kjøring til matbutikk og bensinstasjon. En drøy times kjøring fra ferjeterminal Kristiansand og Dyreparken. 25 min kjøring til Evje hvor det finnes flere butikker og spisesteder, gokart, rafing, mineralpark og fiskemuligheter. Fine turmuligheter i nærområdet. Vertene snakker norsk, engelsk, tysk og nederlandsk.

Idyllic lakeshore cabin surrounded by nature

Spacious cabin with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 15 minutes by car from Evje. Fantastic place in the summer with its own shallow beach, rowing boat, canoe, paddle boards and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. In winter, the ski runs start a few hundred meters away. No electricity or running water, but with a gas fridge, gas cooker and solar lamps. Outside toilet with direct entrance from the back of the cabin. OK 4g coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

Wood stove and a heat pump. 4 good bedrooms, large living room, office space and fantastic patio. Fishing water with trout. small beach nearby. All in one room + outroom. 2 sofa beds downstairs + 2 beds in loft. 1 Kayak+small boat inkluded. 800 m to bathing water. 3 km to the sea and beach. 20 km to Kristiansand zoo, Shopping mall. 7 km(Tingsaker) ,9 km to Lillesand. Cozy cabin in the middle of beautiful Norwegian nature in the lower mountains in southern Norway by Førevann in Froland municipality. The cabin is located in a cabin field approx. 5 km east of Himmelsyna, hiking in the summer and skiing on groomed ski slopes in the winter. Autumn brings beautiful colors with lots of berries and mushrooms. About 70m in front of the cabin is a body of water, with great swimming opportunities (child-friendly) with a shallow sandy bottom.

Nydelig sted i rolige omgivelser, egen strand

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Egen strand, tilgang til en kano, en liten robåt, to SUP, kjøkken og god boltreplass utenfor hytta. 1 times kjøring fra Kristiansand. Pga kjøring på gammel traktorvei inn til hytta (ca 2,3 km) anbefales bil med høy bakkeklaring (SUV). Enkel standard på hytten.
