Monthly Rentals in Binh Trung Tay

The apartment is amazing, view is good, the host is very helpful and responsive. It’s worth the money guy’s.

We stayed at Nguyen’s for total of 17 days. Loved the apartment and the area called Diamond Island. First the apartment has everything that we would expect from a high end hotel or apartment. Very nice comfortable bed. Modern bathroom and kitchen. A washer/dryer in separate room. The river view is spectacular especially at night. There is walkway around the island to walk or jog. A 50 m swimming pool that we really enjoy. There is a bus line with stops in front of the complex that would take you to the heart of the city in about 20min. There are restaurants, cafe shops, and grocery markets on the island. We will definitely go back to this place for future trips to Saigon.

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kids loved the pool amenities. It was about 20 mins away from the main centre which was nice to get a balanced day from the tourist area. Good local restaurants in the area. The gym and the pool are awesome. I would stay here again.

A good place to stay. The only negative thing is the TV; everything else is amazing.
