Excellent apartment in a very nice complex with a good gym and an incredible pool. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, a nice balcony with a grill, a good laundry room and a kitchen with everything you need. It has a very practical cart with chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the beach. In a few minutes you are on the Playa de Ingleses Norte, which is one of the most beautiful in the area, and you have a supermarket and some restaurants nearby

Amazing stay at Franco’s place! It is a beautiful space in a quiet neighbourhood. While you are far from a lot of the touristy stuff (Centro, beaches, etc), this is the case for anywhere you stay in Floripa. There is a grocery store, gym, and pharmacy within a minute walk from the apartment. There are excellent blackout curtains and AC in the bedroom and living room for sleeping. We had a lovely stay and would come back!

The loft matches the descriptions and photos. All well organized and well-maintained. The Location is excellent. Very close to the beach and great places to eat.

We loved the stay! The apartment is very comfortable and with all needs covered, with private parking. In addition, the self-check-in allowed us to arrive calmly without schedules, since we had a very long trip with several stops, so this place is highly recommended for that service that very few have. We were happy with the other neighbors in the building who were very helpful and helped us from the moment we arrived. The area is very safe, minutes from all services, stores and restaurants, even for walking and enjoying the beautiful landscapes. We felt right at home, we'll definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful experience at Marini's place. From the first moment we felt at home: the place was spotless, very complete and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The bed was super comfortable, black out curtains, the place had absolutely everything needed to enjoy to the full: fully-equipped kitchen, utensils, toiletries, and a very nice setting. It was like being in our own home. A great point in favor was that Marini, with a lot of kindness and willingness, allowed us to do the early check-in since I had no tenants prior to our arrival. This gesture was highly valued as it allowed us to settle in with peace of mind and start enjoying early. We recommend this place 100%.
