Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Big Stone Lake

So many wonderful things about our stay. We enjoyed spending time outside playing games on this beautiful property. The cabin was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was a great fit for our group and friends that visited while we were there. We felt at home and had everything we needed. The big garage area made things extra special for us.

Went out to go fishing and the place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find. Accessible with the trailer. It was clean had even had a fish cleaning room.

Upon arriving the furnace wasn’t working properly but Jared was very helpful in getting it back in working order! Everything else was as stated in the listing! The house was clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals and the hot tub was nice and warm once we turned up the heat! I’d love to book again in the summer time!!

Beautiful lakefront property

Kayla’s dog friendly home was just right for our weekend getaway for the women’s state bowling tournament, held at the nearby Garden Lanes. It was only a 10 min drive to get there from the home which was the best option vs usual hotel stays. We hoped for warmer weather & Alexandria had much more recent snow than the twin cities where we had driven from (2.5 hrs away), but Cody had the long driveway cleared & the stairs up to the back door before our arrival. Their home was cozy and all 4 of us had nice comfortable beds. We chose to eat most meals out, but it was nice to have the kitchen for breakfast & snacking. Kayla provided all the house info in a well organized book w/suggestions for good local restaurants. Due to our schedule at the tournament it was perfect that the hosts allowed us to leave a bit later on Sun morning so we didn’t have to rush & my dog could lounge at the house until we returned to pack up for home. Would definitely stay here again; great value. Thanks again

If you're considering Brett and Shelly's place - BOOK IT! I stayed for just one night with a group of women and when it was time to leave, we all agreed that our only regret was not staying longer. The house was beautiful and airy, the couches and bedrooms were perfectly cozy, and the lakefront access with kayaks was the cherry on top. We cooked a couple of meals and anything we forgot to specifically bring we were able to find in the kitchen. The check-out instructions were clear and minimal which is always a plus. I also want to specifically thank Brett and Shelly for being so responsive and flexible with our group when it came to checking in and out. Multiple people in our party said they would earmark this listing for future trips with our groups in their lives.

Beautiful place!! We spent Thanksgiving with family here as it was closer for my grandmother to travel to. It was perfect! We brought extra pans and utensils but realized we did not need them as they were fully stocked with everything and the extras we would need for a nice holiday meal! We will be back for family gathering in the future.

I loved my stay at the castle,especially the deck ov erlooking the lake,,very peaceful and the bed was like sleeping on a huge marshmallow,, 😴 I would definitely stay again and again..

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

had a wonderful experience during our stay! the sunsets and sunrises were to die for! very spacious and had a great homey feel to our suite! bed's were incredibly comfortable and was stocked with everything needed for our longer stay! Suzie was nothing shy of an incredible host! always made sure we were taken care of and was readily available to answer questions and to be of help. would love to visit again and highly recommend.

This place is great, perfect for our ice fishing trip. Host is responsive and helpful, well stocked house. We will be back, a great value.

The Barrett cabin is a great place to stay!

It's a beautiful cabin in a great spot on the lake. We stayed in January, so our use of the lake was through a half-dozen ice holes. It worked very well for our family with 8 people, including two little ones. I'd love to check it out in the summer and use the porch, dock and fire pit!

Beautiful and quiet location! Secluded! The cabin is located near two other cabins, otherwise it is very private. A small shared dock for all three cabins which was fine, but if there are other boats you wouldn’t have space to share. Also, it is definitely water front but the access to the water is limited to the dock and a separate small patch of sand where the weeds have been knocked down. It was just enough space to put kayaks into the water. The beach area is a bit of a walk or you can drive down to it at the other end of the resort. Quiet resort as they are trying to get up a running. Cabin was perfect for our needs! Just be prepared to have games of some kind during rain as there is no tv and no games provided.

What a wonderful place to stay. It has amazing views right on the water and plenty of accommodations. The kitchen was fully stalked with all the cooking utensils and appliances you may need. Lots of outdoor space. We will be back for sure.

This place was amazing!! Travis and Regan, were promot in responding to any questions I had and easy to communicate with. We had 11 people stay with a couple popping in and out, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The games and amenities were awesome, we only wished we had booked another night!! the location was great, easy to find, we were 10 mins from town in a neighborhood, but honestly felt like we were secluded. Definitely a fun weekend and will for sure book again!!!

We stayed at David's place for a funeral in town, and it met all the expectations. The lake was right in the backyard with a nice view. Everything was clean and as described! Looks like it would be fun for the kids in the summer with a tree house slide and the lake!

This lake cabin was such a great getaway for my family! The space was so cozy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It had a good amount of yard space for all our favorite yard games, a great spot for a camp fire, and the dock was super nice for fishing and jumping into the lake. Tina is very friendly and was great about communicating. She keeps the space very clean and well stocked. I don’t think I could recommend this cabin more!
