Loved the space and the host. Oh and the chickens! Would absolutely stay again.

This camper was the perfect refuge after spending each day in the national park and surrounding towns. It had everything we needed and Mark & Michelle’s hospitality is unmatched. The front porch visiting was awesome and provided such a sense of welcoming and community. Didn’t get to use the hot tub but will next time. I would highly recommend staying at Chile! Oh and they have the best pup named Chula! Also lots of wildlife all around the property. The javalina and grey foxes were so cool to view!

This was a topnotch location to camp for a night. Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. I had a regular car and made it here without problem, but would recommend 4 wheel drive for much better driving experience. You pay for the entire campground, so you are all by yourself or with your group and enjoy the privacy. Overall, I loved this place and would return if I am in Big Bend area.

Fabulous views, lovely toilets and shower and close to the National and State parks just above the Terilingua Ghost town. A Great option for camping. Marc was a great help sorting out which of his spots was best for our mix of a car and 2 solo tents.

My boys and I had a great time at Big Bend. So glad I found this rental, since I was too late booking inside the park. Everything was clean, and easy to navigate. The little town of Ghost Town is neat. We were in walking to distance to all the things from our rental. Would recommend if you’re visiting the park. I would definitely recommend this place!

Cute off the grid type feel RV. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was a bit chilly while we stayed but made it work with the blankets and propane heater provided. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the area around the RV to roam. Definitely recommend if you are looking to visit Big Bend!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at David's place. It was cozy, easy to get to, and the perfect "glamping" experience. The bed was comfortable and other amenities worked great. The stars were absolutely incredible out there and we loved that we were only 30 mins away from Big Bend NP and 15 mins from restaurants in Teralingua. One thing to note about this spot is that there are many people camping and living around the property so there are occasional sounds and lights from cars/other campers. It was still peaceful since the property is large and people are generally spaced out so it didn't bother us but just something to keep in mind.

Hosts were very help friendly and helpful especially when we couldn’t find the place late at night. They sent us a map and stayed on the phone with us until we found it. It was comfortable and cool and very cute. We are glad we stayed here.

This place was the perfect stay for visiting Big Bend. The RV and outdoor space had everything you could need and it was easy to find! Molly is a great host, she was always checking in to make sure everything went well and provided plenty of information about the area to us.

Off the beaten path! But in a good way. Isolated but not too far away from everything. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The views are amazing. Our group enjoyed the dome and slept comfortably.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was exactly as pictured. Terlingua was such a unique experience and being here let us really take in the beauty of it. The stargazing with the telescope was by far our favorite thing. Definitely coming back and staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Starlight Sanctuary. The solitude was perfect. Each day we were met with a beautiful sunrise and sunset with the gorgeous mountains. The location to Big Bend and Terlingua were very ideal and we were able to check out some restaurant recommendations in Terlingua as well as visit the ghost town. We loved using the string lights at night and the stars were so bright and beautiful. We grilled every night and it was just perfect. Thank you!

I had an excellent stay! I would certainly recommend this place to any looking to spend time in Big Bend, or explore the remote ghostown of Terlingua. Colin's place is very close to the National Park sign, and conveniently close to grocery stores, resturants, and a gas pump (essential for anything in the area). While everything is spread far out in this part of the country, nothing felt too far from Colin's place. Very clean, exactly as advertised, and the views are even better in person. Colin was a wonderful host, very responsive, proactive, and understanding.

Perfect location in Terlingua for a visit to Big Bend. Close to restaraunts and an easy drive to Big Bend. We had 2 people in the Koala and 2 people in our camper van. This arrangement was perfect for our needs. The bed in the Koala was so soft and comfortable causing us to fall asleep immediately! The outdoor kitchen was nice for early morning coffee. Great stars in Terlingua and a bonus of fireworks for NYE.

We had a great stay! It was cold but the trailer kept us warm and was very comfortable. Beautiful location and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The RV was so nice, clean and comfortable and had all the essentials for kitchen, full fridge, and towels! Super close to Big Bend in the town of Study Butte. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The camper had everything you need, and lots of pretty views of the sunsets. A bit tough to find the first night since we arrived after dark, but Jonathan/Chris was really helpful & made sure we found it!
