Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bibinje

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Wir waren zu acht bei dieser tollen location! Marijo und sein Team haben tolle Arbeit geleistet es gab für den Empfang tolle Platten sowie frische kekse auch hat er sich informiert ob alles okay bei uns sei er kam auch in der woche um den Pool zu putzen das ist einfach super sowie ein tag vor der Abreise brachte er uns sehr viele Windbeutel allgemein fande wir die Lage super es ist super ruhig dort und es ist einfach empfehlenswert dort seinen Urlaub zu machen vielen dank für diesen tollen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Keurig afgewerkt en compleet huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser en uitgebreide keukenuitrusting. Het huis heeft een terras (geen tuin) en eigen oprit voor het parkeren van je auto. Er is direct contact met de buren die langs het terras lopen en rijden. Dit is niet hinderlijk maar wel goed om te weten. Op loopafstand van een mooi en verzorgd (kiezel)strand aan de weg, met fijn terras en bar La Bocca. Supermarkt om de hoek heeft beperkt assortiment. Het centrum van Sukosan ligt op 5 minuten rijden en 30 minuten wandelen. Vanuit Biograd en Zadar zijn de eilanden goed te bereiken met de reguliere ferry.

Amazing place to stay in Zadar! Had all the amenities listed (Sauna, swimming pool ..). Host is very responsive and kind in answering question.

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

thank you to Andrej and Marianja for their hospitality during our first trip to Croatia. Marijana helped tremendously following a car accident that we had and provided lots of support during the discussions with police and ambulance. The property is excellent with everything you could need for a big group, would stay again if visiting the area

Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem, który szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer! Die Einrichtung echt super (genau unser Stil!). Es war extrem sauber und Tonka hat uns persönlich begrüsst und war äusserst herzlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Besuch nach Zadar oder auch in den Paklenica Nationalpark. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und war etwas vom Besten, das wir bisher hatten.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was fantastic, the airbnb was spacious and super clean, we got selfmade jam and liquor (which both was amazing!!), it was quiet and we had everything we could have asked for. All in the perfect location to reach grocery shops or the old town by foot. Mate was really kind and easy to reach out to. Total recommendation! :))

My partner and I came to Zadar for a few days before moving to the archipelago. Our stay with Zlata and her daughter Marta as hosts was exceptional. The apartment is located in Borik, a quieter part of the coastline. Near the apartment are many beaches and sea to enjoy as well as restaurants, bars and a grocery store which fit all of our needs. The distance to the city was a nice walk of about 40mins or a short car trip of about 10mins. For having the experience of seeing Zadar but not being overwhelmed by tourists, our stay was perfect. Marta was very generous and always helpful to our needs. She even brought us fresh picked cherries from the cherry tree out front. Delicious. Would recommend this apartment to anyone who vibes with the same desires and if looking for a host to stay with, have rarely experienced better in our travels than Marta and Zlata.

El apartamento es increible, la cocina estaba super bien equipada, es espacioso, el recibimiento inmejorable..!! Y Mirjana es realmente una amfitriona ideal. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Wir haben uns in Boros Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Zadar. Der Strand und einige Supermärkte waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Boro ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der für Fragen immer offen war. Beim Check In hat Boro uns persönlich begrüßt und ein paar Snacks bereitgestellt. Tolle Unterkunft!

Komunikacja i kontakt z Mają był wyjątkowo szybki, przyjazny, bezproblemowy - to tak dobre doświadczenie, że ciężko nie wspomnieć o tym jakże ważnym aspekcie :) instrukcje jasne i czytelne, Maja w wielu kwestiach była bardzo pomocna. Apartament czysty, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, najlepsze śniadania na tarasie z widokiem na zatoczkę i góry. serdecznie polecam :)

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Wspaniałe miejsce zarządzane przez przesympatycznych właścicieli. Lokalizacja Villi znakomita, widok na panoramę gór. Ogromny basen, przestronny dom z wieloma atrakcjami. Kontakt z Anką świetny. Polecam każdemu, idealne miejsce na wypoczynek w Chorwacji!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!
