This is a beautiful house that we really enjoyed spending time in! It has a lovely, homely feel and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We would love to return one day and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in a cosy family home. It’s very close to the train station, and near to a great bakery and a large supermarket with everything you might need. The car is delightful too!

Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

We slept here for 5 nights with our two children aged 12 and 14. It was a great place to be in Paris quickly. The children each had their own bedroom which was very nice. Melanie was a great host with always a quick response and good directions. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for an affordable place to visit Paris

Very nice accommodation in the heart of Versailles, with a small garden and very well maintained! We really enjoyed this stay in Versailles and Vanessa was a very nice and accessible host. The Nespresso coffee machine should simply be fixed because it seems to have a defect (the capsules do not pierce normally and the coffee cannot flow). We highly recommend this place and will be happy to go back!

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

Its a great space to spend a few days during travels to Paris area as transport is close by. The space feels bigger than it is. Beautifully remodeled and very functional. Bed is very comfortable and big! Beautiful hiking trails in the area although we didn’t use them, they are a few steps from the unit. The restaurants and store within walking distance and Oliver was very helpful with information in the area and responded quickly yo our questions.

Absolutely stunning home, it was beautiful and we wish we had stayed longer! the children absolutely loved the space and the layout was brilliant for families. Damien was so helpful with amazing communication throughout, ill be recommending to all of our friends who are coming over for Disney trips!! Thanks Damien :-)

This is a great 5-Star property, a nice gem in a Parisian suburb. An actual townhouse with courtyard, with nicely designed rooms and bathrooms. Luxury house that has been renovated with high quality specifications. David and Melodie, who manages the property is first class in terms of proactive and professional, we love their services too. We will return - well done David & Melodie!

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

The accommodation is clean, neat and very comfortably furnished. It's very quiet there and in good weather it's very nice in the garden. There are comfortable chairs and also an umbrella. Fabienne is a very kind and helpful hostess. She was always quick to reach. The internet connection is very good and stable. We felt very comfortable there from the first day. The beds are very comfortable (good mattresses), the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, oven and induction stove, in the garden even an electric grill, all high-quality and new). The metro station to Paris is a 12-minute walk. The bakery, butcher and grocery store are only a 5-minute walk away. There are also some restaurants in Cachan in different price ranges to stop by. Fabienne is always happy to help you with any questions and is an excellent host.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s extremely convenient to the train station and very peaceful with a pretty garden and plenty of inside space. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It was perfect for us, thank you!

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

The accommodation matches the description, it is suitable for short and longer stays, it has a parking space on site, which is really convenient.
