Working in the area so we needed a clean and tidy place with comfortable beds and good internet - Sarah Janes place ticked all these boxes. Weekly cleaning was also a massive plus. Will certainly use again when we're next in the area.

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

Lovely stay and an easy location to get to. the property is large and can easily accommodate families the Christmas decorations were a nice touch!

Jo's place was ideally located for a family celebration nearby. The facilities were great, making it feel like a home from home. The bonus of the farm shop and café next door with a good selection on the menu made my trip even more enjoyable. Travelling by public transport, the apartment was easy to reach by train, then bus and a walkable distance from Pocklington centre. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic place and would highly recommend. We had a small issue with working out the heating temperature and Julie sorted this out for us very quickly. A great location in between York and Beverley. Everyone must stay here!

I stayed here for 10 weeks while working temporarily in Hull - it was perfect! The flat was cosy, quiet, safe, and very convenient for walking around Beverley and for getting to shops, the railway station, the bus station etc. Parking was around the corner at the ASDA carpark, which was also very safe and convenient - about a ten minute walk away and there was also some on-street parking near the flat which were free for an hour - useful for loading/unloading luggage. The flat had everything I needed for living in for a long period - the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and modern appliances , and it was so comfortable to stay there for a longer period. Nic was very reponsive and communicative - she came round straight away when the fire alarm battery needed changing! I had no problems during my stay. The wifi was brilliant and the TV was linked up to iPlayer, Netflix etc. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a short but wonderful stay at Lisa’s flat. It has clear instructions on the parking. The flat was exactly as described, comfortable and pristinely clean. Lots of coffee/tea as complimentary too. Thank you, we would definitely book again.

Our second stay at Dean's place, during some of the worst weather we've had staying in Brid. Deans place has everything you need & is in a great location. Needs a bit of TLC here and there but very comfortable, warm & cosy. We ate at Gecchos & Aloha restaurants which are both about a 5 to 10 minute walk away & would highly recommend both. Nobody was staying the night before so Dean kindly let us check in early. Great host

We had a excellent stay for a few nights with our 2 dogs visiting family, and would definitely like to come back, was nice and clean, comfy bed, outside space was brilliantly secure, check in and out was easy,

Our stay in this amazing apartment could not have been better, it was lovely to arrive and find a beautiful christmas tree in the lounge. The whole of the apartment was spotless, very well appointed and very comfortable, the views out of the lounge windows were just lovely. Despite being very close to a busy road traffic noise was minimal, plenty of parking for us and a bus stop literally outside the front door which takes you straight into York. My friend and I found the beds to be so very comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious and have everything you could possibly need, in the cupboard there was a lovely welcome tray provided by Angela, very thoughtful. The photographs on Air B&B do not do the apartment justice in my view, its is really lovely and will not hesitate to book again when next stayng in the York area.

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Been before so knew what to expect ,comfy clean ,homely and faultless great spot ,cosy stay again and main thing was dog friendly so ticked our boxes ,will defo be returning,thanks again .

Rosana's place was lovely - a well-equipped kitchen and large main room, with bedroom upstairs. I stayed in a cold snap in December but the place was very warm. The view of the Minster from the bedroom skylight windows was amazing! You can hear the Minster bells every quarter hour, but they didn't keep me awake and it adds to the history of the place. It's very central, easily walking distance to local shops and cafes.

lovely home, very cosy and the beds were so comfy. perfect location with only a 30 min drive from york town. 👌
