Lovely place to stay and communication from host was fast. Can’t fault anything!

Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. Ideal for our needs as we were visiting family nearby. Nice pub, The Trout, a ten minute walk away for good ale and nice food. Sally and Steve were the perfect hosts. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was a peaceful stay and perfect if you just want to get away for a couple of nights. The lodge was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was a great added bonus.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Cindy was proactive with communication from the beginning, calling to offer a free upgrade to the onsite Lodge as she was worried about October temperatures overnight in the Yurt. The Lodge was just as private and fenced in which meant the dog could run around freely. The lodge was warm and had has all you need for your stay. Hot tub was ready and waiting for us, don’t make my mistake and turn it off over night though as it takes some time to warm up. Nothing was too much of Cindy who lives on site and is always on the end of the phone. It was just a perfect weekend away from any tech and just perfectly peaceful. We shall be back

Three night stay in November with a dusting of snow! Beautifully furnished with really good quality comfortable furniture, controllable heating, large comfortable bed and very well equipped. Hot water on demand which was also great. Very clean and tidy. In spite of being close to the other lodges, it was not at all overlooked and very private. Hot tub was a nice addition to the lodge. Vicky was helpful and responded quickly to the queries I had which enabled us to find the lodge without any problems at all. We loved the local area and have already booked to return for a longer stay in July 2025. Thank you so much.

Was a lovely stay spotless hot tub was good only downside was signal nd trouble loading apps on tv other than that I would definitely recommend and stay again

The pictures of this place didn’t do it justice, it was very clean and the location was perfect. We wanted a break away from the city, and when we fancied it - it was only a 30 mins drive to York. The lodge was private which was a bonus for us as we got to enjoy the hot tub in peace

A lovely, spacious cottage in a quiet and peaceful. relaxing location. A good base to explore from. The cottage is well equipped, spacious, clean and traditional in looks. The gardens are beautiful and a very relaxing place to be. Abundant wildlife and so away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Easy place to explore from, shame there is no local pub or restaurant and shops are a car journey away but it doesn't take away from the beauty of the place. The cottage provides a haven of peace and tranquility and yet is close to touristy places and the sea. Great if you like simple pleasures, walking and nature and need space to relax and chill. Ideal for people with dogs or children as the garden is enclosed and huge. Plenty of toys for the kids and space to run around.

Perfect location, great host and very helpful

This cottage is one of the best Airbnb homes that I have stayed in. It is situated within 10 minutes of the coast. Stephen and Linda are great hosts, they are there if you need them for any reason. The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable and has every thing that you may need.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Swallows Nest. John and Katy were the perfect hosts and the the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The accommodation is extremely well equipped and the beds very comfortable with beautiful bedding. The beautiful town of Beverley is definitely worth a visit and there is no shortage of places to eat and drink. Thank you once again John and Katy.

Ivy Cottage was a perfect base for our weekend in Bridlington . 10/15 minute walk to the centre / harbour . Nice pubs , great Chinese - Lung Fung . The cottage was very comfortable with open fire and very efficient heating . We would certainly look to return

An immaculate holiday house, in peaceful surroundings. Less than ten minutes away from the beach. The owners had left tea and coffee with a chocolate cake for our arrival which was a lovely surprise and much needed! Our towels were swapped during the week. We had a lovely stay and we would re-book in the future. Thank you to Tony and Sue.

Beautiful cottage nestled in the Yorkshire Wolds. Very spacious inside and large garden with seating area available. A very relaxing few days. Thank you .

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

I stayed here for 10 weeks while working temporarily in Hull - it was perfect! The flat was cosy, quiet, safe, and very convenient for walking around Beverley and for getting to shops, the railway station, the bus station etc. Parking was around the corner at the ASDA carpark, which was also very safe and convenient - about a ten minute walk away and there was also some on-street parking near the flat which were free for an hour - useful for loading/unloading luggage. The flat had everything I needed for living in for a long period - the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and modern appliances , and it was so comfortable to stay there for a longer period. Nic was very reponsive and communicative - she came round straight away when the fire alarm battery needed changing! I had no problems during my stay. The wifi was brilliant and the TV was linked up to iPlayer, Netflix etc. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sean‘s place, it was a real home from home - highly recommendable! Sean was very friendly and helpful, and his vinoteca downstairs from the apartment is lovely, too. Howden is a pretty village, with very nice eateries and good amenities, but it’s useful to have a car to get around the area. We‘ll definitely be back and hope to be able to stay at Sean‘s again.

Really enjoyed our stay and was ideally located as everything was practically within walking distance. Was a home from home and would definitely book this apartment again
