Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Mark and Mary’s cottage was perfect for our family getaway. It’s perfectly located in close proximity to Bay Harbor, Petoskey, and Harbor springs with no shortage of things to see and do. The property itself is great for families with the lake access and we were pleasantly surprised with a very nice sized dog enclosure! We would highly recommend visiting their place and will likely be back ourselves!

We loves our stay! The home is SO cute. And every detail was considered to make the home dog friendly. I love the proactive communication from Jacky to make sure we were taken care of at every turn. This home is the perfect quaint cottage... and feela JUST at home! We loved EVERY minute of our stay. The lake views were also incredible!

Rich's place was exactly as pictured and described and offered everything we needed for our stay. We only wish we had warmer weather and a couple more nights to enjoy the beautiful area! We had a quick trip to the U.P. for a family graduation. It happened to fall on Memorial Day weekend, so we opted to head home Sunday to avoid the crazy traffic for our 5 hour drive back to Wisconsin. We appreciated the hard flooring for cleaning up the sand we tracked back from the beach as well as for our son's allergies. The attached unit did not have renters during our stay, which was an added bonus for us. We loved the location and Rich was very helpful and responsive with answering questions and offering suggestions. We would definitely recommend Rich as a host!

We stayed at Janes cabin in paradise for 3 days this past weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet, spacious and right in the shore of beautiful Lake Superior. We enjoyed a nightly campfire after watching the most amazing sunsets. We will definitely be back.
