The house is very conveniently located in what is a quiet and green, suburban oasis in the middle of Tel Aviv. It is conveniently located from everything, just a 10 min walk from the train station and close to everything you could need. There’s also a convenience store right across the street just a few steps away. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable and feels like an artist’s house filled with carefully curated vintage objects from all over the world. In spite of being extremely careful, we unfortunately had an accident and broke something precious (Please avoid if you are traveling with a cat.) Efrat was extremely kind not to make a fuss about it. There’s a beautiful patio, but we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wished as it was an extremely hot weekend to not be inside in the AC. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful and quiet weekend away from the booms and sirens in the North.

Irit is a great host! She was very helpful with setting the house ready for our 2 years old, including toys, a crib, books, and more. She was a great communicator, always fast and useful. She was warm and very welcoming to us. The house was in a great location, walking distance from a big grocery store, a bakery, a book store and more. The neighborhood is very quiet which we loves, you can hear birds and relax in the great garden. We did hear the neighbors throughout the day, especially the kindergarten school close by, when they had outdoor activities, but it was only 2/3 times (we stayed there for a week), and it was nice to hear kids and singing. The house is organized very well, all bedrooms upstairs, large living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. We loved the large space. And the great back years was a great outlet for our kid, she loved the swing and the slide. One of the bedrooms had an office which was very useful for us to work from, the WiFi there was good. The neighbors were very nice as well.

Odem’s house is spacious and comfy. We were 2 families (4 parents and 4 kids), stayed for 2 nights and had a great time! Odem was super nice and responsive whenever we needed her. Highly recommended

We are so thankful Aviel for our amazing experience staying here. It was exactly what we had hoped and our stay was PERFECT. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and we felt right at home. Aviel was terrific to work with from the moment we started inquiring about the property to the moment we left and locked the door behind us. Everything worked flawlessly in the house, including the WiFi. We will be staying here again, no doubt about it.

great place, a lot of places to hang out in the house and outside, we did a great BBQ outside, played soccer in the large yard, the pool looked awesome [it was a little cold weather when we were there so we couldn't fully enjoy it], the house was very cozy. there are a lot of wineries in the area and it's close to a nice goat-farm that you can walk to eat breakfast , buy cheese so that was also a plus in the location. We had a good time there and I recommend it.

Want to mention that I'm not the people who write reviews but It was important for me to note that there is no Zach's service! The most beautiful and clean apartment I really didn't see things like that!! Service and apartment that's a shame about time Highly recommend!

The place is lovely, and everything is clean and nice, the place has everything you need and the area is amazing. Jim was very nice and responded pretty quickly every time we reached out, they even left us wine and strawberrys for new-years and milk for coffee, that was really nice!! We would definitely come back :))

100% recommended. It is a complete apartment with everything you may need (refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, etc). Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are a few minutes on foot. The garden overlooks a magnificent view of the other side of the valley and is quiet to relax. Best of all, the owners are very friendly and hospitable. Iskander's mother always prepared food to eat/drink. Once, he prepared a Palestinian breakfast for me with labneh, fresh eggs, hummus, and taboon. Anyway, I enjoyed my two-week stay with Khoury's family.

The house is incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It has a charming lovely garden and a nearby allocated parking lot (essential in TA!). The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to the sea, the market, and vibrant spots for dining or going out. Although I initially had concerns about potential noise due to its central location, the house turned out to be quiet and peaceful. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out slightly later. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Samantha and her husband were very warm, welcoming, and responsive in a timely way. The place was as described. It's private yet also has a homey feel with their being next door. Really sweet, kind kids as well. I had to leave early due to my own circumstances and they were very caring, understanding, and accommodating to the change.

My parents recently visited an Israel and stayed at Avraham's place. Very happy, no complaints at all. Definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you guys for great accommodations.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.
