It was a great experience.

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. It was truly impressive to book an apartment with Mohsum. Despite a conflict in the booking, his exceptional handling and flexibility were greatly appreciated. The altrnative given apartment or villa to me was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and situated in a peaceful area with a perfect location. Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

A very nice accommodation where a view over the city on the large roof terrace was possible and magnificent. In addition, a lively area within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean.

The most beautiful view in Istanbul💛🩵 This apartment, located next to the Galata Tower, offers excellent facilities. You can sit on the terrace until the morning, the view is so beautiful that you want to spend your whole day there. The apartment has everything you need. Communication with Gülşen was very easy and she gave very good tips about Istanbul. Thank you for everything 🌸💛🩵

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Very central location, yet quiet. Right on the sea. Nice cozy terrace. Good amenities. Everything very clean. quick friendly contact. Highly recommend for small groups.

I think it's more than the price of both the host, the location, the size of the room, and the amenities provided. The only minus I can give is about the sound insulation. Apart from that, Mr. Halil is a really nice and kind host, and if there are friends who are thinking about keeping it, rest assured.

Our stay was very nice. The area was very close to historical places and the place is in the central area, Yilmaz hosted us very well and the baklava and Turkish delight surprise made us very happy. Thank you for everything, we will come back again

We had a fantastic stay in Tugce's Bebek apartment. The apartment is charming with beautiful light from all the windows and had everything we needed. We loved staying in the Bebek neighborhood; it's a beautiful part of the city and vibrant with many waterfront cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, just a little up the road leading up from Bebek. And, Tugce was a fantastic host; so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Definitely recommend!
