We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Swiss chalet! The view from the property is stunning, and the neighborhood is perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the chalet is ideally suited for families with babies and kids — everything felt very safe and welcoming. It was the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of a typical Swiss chalet. We would love to come back!

Beautiful stay, magical and peaceful place, time stopped and we were able to rest for 3 days. A few small boat rides to get closer to nature. Ideal for our 2 dogs, everything is fenced. Interior nicely decorated, clean, cozy and warm. Very friendly host, responsive and attentive. Everything is planned to make our stay successful. Excellent stay at the cottage in the woods, perfectly equipped for a family with kids (also for small children). Philippe is very warm, nice and friendly. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the slopes of Métabief and is even more beautiful in real life than in photos! We loved our stay and would recommend this host and place without a second thought!

Nice little wooden house. Everything very clean and lovingly furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The surroundings are very rural. Here you have to drive quite a while to do something or go shopping. All in all it was a great getaway at a great price.

Very good stay at La Châtelaine! Brigitte and her husband's welcome is warm and caring. The cottage is as shown in the photos and it opens directly onto hiking trails.

Excellent 48-hour "family reunion" stay. We enjoyed the terrace, the veranda and the large living room very bright all with a view of the lake. Spacious rooms, all independent, very well-equipped kitchen and spacious parking too: everything to have a great time with the family. The lake tour trail is a 5-minute walk from the chalet, very pleasant. Thanks to Jean-Pierre for providing a comfortable and well-located chalet.

We were warmly welcomed by Léa's grandparents, kind and charming! The cottage is simply beautiful, cozy with amazing views. Ideal for a romantic weekend to recharge in the countryside in the greatest calm with a reassuring fireplace. We recommend it!

I spent a long week-end at Madeleine’s place with my boyfriend and my dog. We had a lovely time visiting the area and going for nice walks. The chalet is set in a peaceful neighbourhood and has all that you could need for your stay. We especially enjoyed the large fenced in terrace where we were able to enjoy our meals while my dog roamed around freely. Communication with Madeleine was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back very soon.
