Wow, what an amazing stay! The suite was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfect for our big family. The pool was sparkling clean, and the balcony views of the ocean were breathtaking. Having a private beach and surfing school nearby was such a bonus! Manoj, the host, was super helpful and always available, making everything easy for us. The quieter side of Weligama beach was lovely, but it’s just a quick ride to Mirissa or the main area if you want more action. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed family getaway!

So, you’re obviously looking for accommodation in south-west Sri Lanka – well don’t look any further than Sailor’s Bay. From the minute you enter this paradise, you will be welcomed and charmed by Dilan and his family. The environment is gorgeous – any stress totally disappears. Nothing is too much trouble. They are engaging, and genuinely go out of their way to ensure that every second of your stay is a second to remember. Our family (13 – 3 generations – ages 2 – 74) was continually astounded by their willingness to do the best by us . It was a sad time when we left, but happy in the knowledge that we will return. So, take my word for it – Sailor’s Bay will not disappoint even the most pedantic traveler.

Wageesha's apartment is Very good and the View is Amazing Wageesha is a Very pro-activ host and was always very prompt to answer any questions. Unawattana town Centre is not far from the apartment Wageesha arranged for a tuk tuk to take us into Town. Thank you Wageesha for giving us the opportunity to stay at your Apartment.

This apartment has beautiful views of Galle and really feels as if you are in a rainforest at times. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean tidy and the AC/fans are great. The only downside would be that there is a school next door and made some loud noises/singing around 7am

Very nice welcome from Amila and her family. The house is a little off-center, but Alima transports us wherever you want. The price is reasonable and displayed in the room. Alima and his wife cooks very well. We recommend it.

After 4 weeks in Sri Lanka: What a high-quality, well-kept and quiet accommodation, including warm hosts, staff, cleaning every 3 days – great! High-quality house. A large, cozy bed, very well-equipped outdoor kitchen, a fantastic balcony from which I watched the sea, the sunrise and sunset, monkeys, peacocks etc. in the garden every day - and worked as a digital nomad – with very fast internet. Nearby, there is a beautiful temple and supermarket stand for drinking water, rice and fair tuk tuk rides. There are two beaches within walking distance, as many restaurants, very good massage and Ayurvedic treatments - and with the tuk tuk or white/blue buses I was able to easily explore many more beaches and places to the south and also Galle. The mentioned man at the entrance of the street was respectfully distant after I rejected him very seriously. Perfect place for long stay. I will definitely be back

This is an absolute must-stay in Sri Lanka! Wijaya's property is a wonderful, bright and private apartment on the top floor of his sprawling house. The apartment has an AC-cooled bedroom, and ceiling fan-cooled living room, dining room and kitchen, all very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. There is also a large balcony. The place is clean and modern, with character furniture, very spacious and comfortable. The house is a comfortable walk to the beach through the verdant neighborhood, the star attractions the peacocks that gather on the surrounding rooftops. Wijaya is a fantastic host, and will go out of his way to ensure that your stay is excellent. In a country with great Airbnb hosts, he towers above the rest. Well beyond the basics, he went out of his way to take care of me when I had to find a hospital to get treatment after being bitten by a dog . Wijaya is very passionate about ensuring guests have a top quality experience!

Joanne & her team are great! It’s the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. They came and changed our sheets, we got new towels and everything you need is there. The location is great. You are close to the cafes, 2 min max to the beach. They also left milk, coffee and tea. Joanne and Sheran were always available when we had small isssues and always helped out. I can really recommend this Airbnb!

Dilan and his family were really friendly and ready to help us out in every way to enjoy our stay. The place is very clean, tidy, close to Turtle beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast by shiny villa! Thank you so much Dilan !!

Apartment that fully met our expectations. Close to train station, bus station and beach, very convenient to be self-sufficient. Very warm host, we recommend it!

One of my best experiences in Sri Lanka so far. Nalaka went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, available round the clock for any requirement. Staying here was like staying at a 5 star hotel. Food, laundry, sightseeing, bikes - everything was done in house. I would definitely rate this place 6 out of 5. Thank you Nalaka.

Sachinta and his parents were incredibly welcoming through out the entire stay. We were able to come and go from the property easily, any issues we had they were very responsive and helpful. They also bought up traditional food for us to try which was really delicious. A lovely place to stay. Just a note for anyone staying in the future - tuktuks on the side of the road sometimes had an issue taking us back to the property due to it being uphill, but we never had this issue with PickMe.

Very friendly host, always responsive and we could leave our luggage before and after check-in with lovely lobby staff. Lovely room with fan and aircon. Excellent location we could walk to nearby beaches and restaurants, we were also given a useful list of recommendations. Curtains don’t fully block out the light and some street noise but this was clearly stated in the description so we came with eye mask and earplugs.

Best place to stay in Midigama ! Muditha's family did everything for me to feel home and make sure I had everything I needed. The place is perfectly located near tons of surf spots and local restaurants. In addition to that, you get a wonderful ocean view right from your bed , and a beautiful private terrasse to watch the sunsets. I'll defenitly come back 🙏
