Kitchen has dishwasher, cooktop, microwave and full size fridge with dining area. Lounge room has RC air conditioning with TV and FREE Wifi. Outside is a spacious private balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. Bathroom has separate toilet, shower and washing machine. Parking for multiple vehicles at the end and 1 undercover park.
