Vacation rentals with breakfast in Beroun District

Too bad it's not possible to give more stars, because Olaf's accommodation would surely deserve them. Not only the cleanliness and the fidelity to the photos, but also you would almost think you were in an art gallery, with an object in every corner that allows total escape or open-mindedness on things, and that provokes emotion. All this without forgetting the extreme comfort of the mattress and bed linen, a night of total rest assured. And what about Olaf's exceptional personality? Warm, considerate and friendly while making sure it's actually the request of the host. As a solo traveler, he made me feel like I was visiting friends. And what about its beautiful city? It's one of my most beautiful trips and also the most original, thanks to Olaf who shared his love of this city and tips to discover it in the most beautiful way. Thank you for everything Oli, I'll be back 😊

The stay at Laszlos place was amazing! The house is very nicely designed. Our room was cozy and had an awesome view over the garden trough a big glass front. We had our own separate bathroom with shower and bathtub (which you will probably not use - but more to that later). We were welcomed by our exceptionally friendly host Laszlo and immediately felt home. He showed us around the house and explained how everything works. We were allowed to use the spacious living kitchen with everything in it. In the eating area we were presented a lovely breakfast every morning with locally handmade bread and nice spreads and cuts. The garden is exceptionally nice designed and has a wonderful swimming pond (so no bathtub :P) and relaxing area as well as a nice terrace accessible directly from the living room. We didn't use the sauna because it was summer, but that would have been a nice addition for colder days. The location of the house is a little bit outside of the city center of Prague right next to a nature reserve, so you have all the peace to relax here. You are easily in the city center in 15-20 min by public transport or uber. Additionally we were given a lot of tips to check out the area. From the delicious pizza place just up the road (really ask them when you stay there) to a local micro brewery or viewpoints in the area. All in all everything was really delightful and we couldn't image a nicer stay. Can only recommend! Thanks Laszlo

What made our stay unforgettable wasn’t just the breathtaking home, the flawless comfort, or the perfect location. It was the owner, whose heart and presence shaped this experience into something far beyond tourism. He didn’t just host us—he opened Prague to us in ways few ever get to see. We wandered through hidden corners untouched by tourism, places that even locals have never heard of. We watched sunrises in, sunsets that felt like slow exhalations, danced through the nightlife that pulsed with soul, and stood on rooftops with views so surreal, we almost forgot to breathe. And somehow, as if written in the stars, the constellation of people my sister, the host, and I was just right. Staying at Hana's was great. The room with private bathroom was large enough for two people. We were also able to use the garden and the kitchen. Your cats and dogs are super sweet and look forward to being cuddled. Breakfast was great, too. There was fresh coffee and the fridge had something for every taste. Hana speaks German and gave us great tips for the city and the surrounding area. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the metro and tram. Restaurants are within walking distance. If we come back to Prague, we'll contact Hana again.

A charming apartment in a charming city, combining elements of the modern and the traditional. You'll feel at home staying with Tomáš. The building is attractive, everything was clean and smelled nice, without unnecessary clutter (but also not sterile). Comfortable bed and comfortable furniture in general. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are all relatively spacious, and the walk-in shower is an elegant, relaxing touch. The location is fantastic in terms of walkability and closeness to tourist attractions.

I had a wonderful time in prague. The flat was perfect for my longer stay of 6 weeks. I would definitely rent the flat again in the future.

Great place , close to city centre and 6 minutes walk from a main bus / train station , nice big queen size comfortable bed , clean and tidy , some dust but nothing dirty, some bits a bit worn and could do with replacing but main things I needed worked fine and were clean. For the price it was brilliant, decent size TV with lots of working tv apps like YouTube and Netflix. Nice a specious rooms, big enough shower cubicle, I stayed there on cold week in Prague and the place was so nice a warm and cosy when I was inside . She answered my watsapp video call to help me in because I was being stupid and could not open the door because I was not pushing it the right was lol, she spoke English really well and was so friendly and happy to help

The apartment was in a very nice location close to many Prague attractions Radek was an excellent host. He left us plenty of beer and brought a lot of breakfast. apartment is quite spacious. only one shower which needs planning for a larger group but other than that everything is great.

I felt very comfortable with Anna. She is a very likeable, open and helpful person who is also very uncomplicated and generous when there are problems. I find the neighborhood exciting, but it's not very quiet and as has already been said, you can't darken the windows. So, if anything, take sleeping masks with you. It has good public transport connections. Shower and toilet are very small and a little impractical, so not for people who want luxury. It doesn't matter to me for a short stay.

Yvetta’s apartment was perfect for us. We stayed for 9 weeks and it was ideal in every way. Steps from the tram and metro. Close to an underground mall and 2 grocery stores. I have nothing but good things to say about Yvetta. She was responsive immediately to only 2 requests. We would definitely stay there again if needed.

Beautiful, small apartment, with everything you need:) the balcony is great! Public transport is within easy reach. Nice communication and flexible check-in. Unfortunately, the water pressure is not good, sometimes the water goes away, which is a bit stupid...but if you are forewarned, you can cope with it. We will be happy to come back!

The spacious house, the kitchen and the bathroom are great. All the items have been renovated. The location of the house is indisputably good. Very close to public transportation, but it doesn't even need it because it is within walking distance of everything

We loved the place and had a great stay. Also the connectivity to Old Town and places are really good from here. Thank you for making us feel at home.

I recently spent a few days at Lucie's place. Felt very comfortable in a lovely and quiet room. Located in a peaceful neighborhood it is close to public transportation, so it is easy to get around Prague. Lucie was very responsive that make my comfortable.

Great Czech farm stay.

Josef's Pension Dientzenhofer is a charming little find right in the heart of Malá Strana. We had the pleasure of having Josef's daughter and grand-daughter as our hosts when checking in and for the first part of our stay – both of whom were extraordinarily hospitable. The room itself is not recently updated but it is entirely adequate and pleasant. After all, it is the location of the Pension and the hospitality of Josef's daughter and grand-daughter that made the stay so extraordinarily wonderful. We could not have found a better place to stay, so close to places like Kampa and Karlův most! Josef himself is a bit or a character ;) There were questions over what was covered by our booking and payment through Airbnb, so be prepared to document ahead of time that breakfast and all taxes and fees are covered with your booking, if indeed these are indicated as included in the terms of your rental. Other than that small surprise, Josef is fun and is a pleasure to meet and to have as one's host.

Marina helped us until we arrived in Prague and when we got home she welcomed us at the door, she helped us with everything and it was a separate beauty to serve us hot coffee, the house is a wonderful place in a peaceful family environment. We also thank you for the breakfast.

Our stay was short but really lovely. The rooms were really nice and heated which was great for our winter get away. Breakfast was also a great addition. The property is beautiful and in an isolated area. I would recommend staying here if you like peace, quiet, and the country side.
