It's a great place to stay. The house is spacious and has everything you need. the location is amazing with a short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the deck. Would definitely come back.

De locatie van het verblijf is super, je loopt vanuit de tuin zo het strand op. Daarnaast zijn alle winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. De communicatie met Alison is ook erg prettig. Langebaan en de woning van Alison hebben ons positief verrast en we komen zeker terug.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Las Piedras! Everything was top class — from the beautiful, spotless property to the incredible attention to detail. Coreen was a top-class host: welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location is magical — right on the border of the nature reserve park. Waking up every morning to the sounds of birds tweeting was just incredible. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a true escape into nature. Fantastic stay all around. Highly recommended! Magical place. Great location and a dream for the kids being so close to the water. House has everything you need and layout works great if you have kids and friends over. We will be visiting this spot very soon again..and regularly!

Erna's listing of Heron's Place is an absolute must to try. Our stay was just too short. We arranged a boat cruise on the river and because of the private jetty, they were able to pick us up at our doorstep and drop us off there again. The area is beautifully quiet and on the river. I would recommend it.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Lynn's place was clean and tidy. Clean bedding and towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The private jetty was very nice, we had the entire jetty to ourselves and caught fish from there. There's place for kids to play. The people in the area were also warm and welcoming. Will definitely visit here again.

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Annetjie's property in Port Owen. The view is absolutely the best in the area—simply breathtaking! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, making it convenient yet peaceful. Annetjie was a wonderful host, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. Absolut empfehlenswert – ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Langebaan! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft und können sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Gastgeberin Linette ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, und Vusi ist immer vor Ort, falls man Hilfe benötigt – ein wirklich tolles Team! Das Haus liegt fast direkt am kleinen privaten Strand, in einer ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft. Die Lage ist ideal: Man kann schnell mit dem Auto überall hinkommen, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber, gemütlich und bietet genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in Langebaan sucht. Vielen Dank, Linette und Vusi, für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We had a fantastic time in Port Owen. The accommodation was great and in close walking distance to the restaurant. Fantastic access to the jetty and river system if you have a boat.

The house is well equipped with high quality utensils. Everything you need is there, and easy to use. Bedding and bathrooms is super clean and of good quality, with plenty of towels. It is very private and well placed for boating activities or just relaxing at the water. Cant wait for our next visit.

Great view of the boats from the balcony, very tidy and luxurious apartment. Check-in was straight forward and Susan was very responsive and nice. One consideration is that the production of dried fish, bokkom, might smell sometimes if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction.

Beautiful house in a stunning location - literally a sand dune at the back of 16mile beach. Great outside and indoor facilities. A peaceful spot to take a break from the city!

Great little cottage in the bush with a small creek at the front. Very comfortable beds and host was easy to communicate with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a bit surprised by the 10km stretch of public dirt road leading to the farm — we had expected only a few kilometers of gravel once on the property — but it was still perfectly manageable with a sedan. The thoughtful touches on arrival really made us feel welcome: a chilled G&T, the hot tub already heated, and a freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for us. The game drive the next day was a highlight. Uncle Steve shared many fascinating, history-rich spots with us, making the experience both educational and memorable. Next time (when not pregnant!), we’ll definitely take advantage of the kayaking — the lakes are absolutely beautiful — and we’d love to stay longer, as the game drive takes up most of the day. Highly recommended!
