I found the apartment super clean. The decor is beautiful and cozy. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to make small, quick meals. Bed and bath linens were clean and smelling. The apartment's location is great. Inês is an excellent host, she responded quickly, was attentive and kind all the time.

From the first contact with Willian, it was always very fluid. Our trip was for work and it was very cold in Bento Gonçalves. The apartment was well heated and the bed allowed us a great night's sleep. We feel that everything was cleaned and organized with great affection and care to welcome us. On new visits to Bento, we will try to book with William again.

The place is simply fantastic! We spent two amazing days here. The surroundings are beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is very well equipped, with everything we needed to a comfortable stay. We were very well received by the hosts, who were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. On the way out, we still had the super special experience of picking oranges and bergamots directly from the tree. We'll definitely be back soon!
