Our anniversary stay was just amazing! The Trevi Fountain is under construction, so access is limited, which makes this apartment’s location even better! The view is fantastic! Nick was a wonderful host, who greeted us at the apartment and gave us helpful tips. He also checked in (via message) to see how everything was going. He arranged transfers to and from the airport, which was a big help. Aside from that, we were extremely comfortable in the “Trevi nest”. We truly had everything we needed. It was like coming home, after a long day of walking the city streets. It is also a perfect location, where everything we wanted to see was walkable. I would definitely recommend Nick’s place! It's really simple. If this penthouse isn't available for my trip, I will have to change my dates. I will not risk an inferior experience by staying anywhere else in Rome. If you can book this place on your trip and you don't, you're making a huge mistake. The host has a team on everything. You can't understand how amazing the terrace is. You literally have a penthouse at the top of a building with a 360-degree views. In the morning, walk out your bedroom doors and have a Capuchino as the sun rises over Rome as you watch and listen to the bustling street of Via Cavour. In the evening, enjoy a nice bottle of wine over panoramic views of this ancient city as the sun sets in the background. Location is perfect. Your 500 yards from the Forum. Come out your secured entrance to the building and walk 500 yards down Via Cavour. Grab a table and some breakfast as you look over the Forum and the Palatine Hill. This is a multi-million-dollar penthouse. Our experience was priceless.

This apartment is nothing short of spectacular in every way possible! Between the stunning high ceilings, incredible location, and views from both roof tops patios, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Rome.This is the type of apartment that can make a great trip to Rome a truly unforgettable one. We couldn’t recommend this place anymore. When we return to Rome, we will absolutely stay again.

Gorgeous place and the view 😍 Luigi was so responsive, with arranging a transfer to airport and even helped us with our luggage to the room. We ran into him and his wife getting gelato and they are truly the sweetest couple. They made you feel like friends. The apartment was so clean and they spared no detail decorating and preparing for guests. The photos do not do the home justice. Everyone was in awe of the home and of course the view. He was the best host we’ve ever had and cannot wait to book another trip to Rome. We will definitely plan our dates around this flats availability. Thank you for your hospitality!

Staying at Luciano's place is like staying at home. A welcoming, well-furnished environment with all the comforts. You can see that your home was created with attention to detail. Luciano is a very helpful, attentive and kind host. Vallerano is a small fairytale village, quiet, quiet and authentic. There are plenty of attractions nearby as well. We recommend, for example, the Faggeta on Monte Comino, Villa Lante and Castello Ruspoli, not far from Vallerano. We are very satisfied with the experience in Vallerano and recommend it to anyone who wants to indulge in a moment of peace and tranquility, and more.

Beautiful home and incredible location. The interior was very comfortable and easy to settle in to. We really enjoyed being able to open the large windows and hear the sounds of the hustle and bustle below, yet they were thick enough that closing them blocked nearly all noise at night. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying Rome for all its glory!

Serena and Alessandro were more than kind and friendly! Top welcome! Great location. Cozy and clean environment. We spent almost two days in total relaxation, enjoying the fireplace and beautiful view. I recommend this location to all to spend a few days in peace.

Our stay at Barbara's place was unique. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures with a nice view over the lake. We arrived later than we thought because the trip to it took longer than planned. A bit quenched in the dark, by taxi arrived at Porte del Castello. Once under the gate we came into an almost fairytale environment, the music of the restaurant sounded through the streets and alleys, the restaurant lit by a cozy lights. I was sold. With Barbara's photos, we were able to find the apartment quickly although a helpful resident immediately came to help us find it. Walking down the alleys you can hear the bustle of the inhabitants behind the front doors of their houses. We had a beautiful week
