My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Belmonte in Sabina is a beautiful village... a silence and peace that is no longer found... large, well organized apartment, two bathrooms, everything very clean and equipped... Roberto is available and responds immediately. He also sent me some tips on where to eat. Chiara who welcomed us is very kind, sunny and helpful... in short, I highly recommend it to anyone...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully redone property right in the heart of Rieti’s old town. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need — from a well-stocked kitchen to laundry facilities — making it very easy and comfortable to settle in, whether for a short or longer stay. The host was fantastic, welcoming us personally at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Rieti, with restaurants, shops, and sights just steps away. As it's in the lively center, you might hear some of the joyful sounds of people enjoying their evenings, especially on weekends or holidays, but we found it added to the charm of being right in the heart of town. Parking was quite convenient, with options to find free spots nearby or a secure underground garage just a three-minute walk away. We would happily recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Rieti — it’s ideal for a few days or a longer stay like ours!

Antonella's place is incredible... views of the Castello di Rocca Sinibalda, huge courtyard in the entrance, bbq area, updated amenities and great location. Antonella was the icing on the cake with great communication, references on nearby things to do and places to eat and a joy. I think I have a new friend, especially since I just bought a house 15 minutes away. Don't hesitate to book Antonella's home, you will thank me later.
