This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

This modern private spacious studio is nestled away downstairs at the rear of our residence, on street parking in a quite area & separate entry access. This one bedroom Studio offers a king size bed, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & modern comfortable furnishing throughout. Caves Beach Garden Haven

Relax in beautiful Caves Beach in our quiet self contained unit in a garden setting. Our unit has bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/dining/lounge, also includes the use of the laundry. There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. This a guest unit downstairs in our house, We are available to help but otherwise give you privacy. Parking is on the Street
