Cute & cozy place to stay with modern stylish decor & interiors. Neat, clean & fresh linens. Easy to find and hassle free entry to the property. Had a memorable & relaxing stay.

This garden room is clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. It is within walking distance of the Belmont Forum shopping centre which has good public transport links to the city and beaches. The ‘outside’ toilet and shower arrangement is somewhat unconventional and takes some getting used to. However, for a seasoned traveller it should not present a problem, and the low prices make up for it.

Staying at Lilian's was a wonderful experience. She is a wonderful host and is always up for a good conversation. She is knowledgeable about the surrounding location and can give good recommendations regarding transport as well as good locations to visit. The home is comfortable and spacious, with easy access to public transport into Perth city along the main road. Travel options towards Perth Airport is also not difficult (a series of trains and you are there in 40 mins or so) I cannot recommend this place enough!
