Mr. Jairo's listing was highly accurate. Transportation was punctually available upon arrival at the airport. The comprehensive tour of all amenities in the expansive penthouse was particularly valuable. The 24-hour staffing was exceptionally helpful, providing invaluable assistance in organizing tours and transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend this listing to anyone planning a visit to Medellin.

Excellent service from Jaime, the arrival at the apt was very easy, the location very good, close to the stadium and the metro, from there without making changes you can go to the center, to the commune 13 and other tourist places. The apt is very clean. Recommended.

This place is amazing! I’ll definitely return to this place. Walkable to everything and the balcony has the best view. It’s also close to my in-laws so I’m not too far from them for when I visit. Everything in the description and pictures is exactly what you get and this place has everything you need. I’ve been to several Airbnb units that lack in amenities like extra towels, blankets, and other essentials but this place has it covered!

This view was everything we wanted from our stay in Medellin, absolutely spectacular! I would definitely book this stay again, it was far away enough from the noise and close enough to Uber anywhere. There is a supermarket within walking distance as well. Consuelo was very helpful. I traveled with my sister for my birthday and Consuelo discretely helped my sister plan a surprise birthday arrangement that was waiting for me when we arrived. The bedrooms were spacious and the amenities she provided were great. The rooftop pool and views were beautiful, we didn't get to take a dip in the pool bc we had a packed itinerary, but will next time we stay there. The bed was so comfortable and we never needed to turn the ac on or the heat either as the weather was perfect. She provided ample towels and a complete kitchen set up. Coffee on the balcony is a must :) Consuelo, thank you so much for hosting us and for all your help especially the birthday set up. We loved it!!!!

Juan is a very good host. He was attentive to all our calls, the location of the apt is excellent. The people in its surroundings are very attentive...and you get everything .

Place was exactly as advertised and clean. Few hiccups with hot tub and hot water but were quickly fixed. It’s a nice safe neighborhood. Ignacio was prompt in communication and flexible. Lucy was a big help in keeping the place clean and even helped cooking breakfast with a smile. Mateo was the perfect concierge who spoke good English and very knowledgeable and helped us with transportation and take us around the best spots. I would recommend the place and the team.

Beautiful home and the concierge and cook make this a memorable trip. Anything we needed day or night the concierge was ready to provide. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

Wow! Second time staying at Benjamins place. 10/10. Super clean place and the host was very responsive to any questions. The views are amazing and you feel right at home. In the master bedroom I felt like a true king. Everything was very spacious and comfortable. The speaker downstairs was great for playing music and getting the vibe going before hitting the streets. I can’t wait to return for a 3rd time, thanks Ben!

The Lugar de Kai is very nice, in a super central and quiet area. Very nice and well-maintained rooms and spaces. Super recommended for the future and for large groups.

This was our second stay at Camilo’s place. The fact that we came back a second time speaks volumes. Camilo is very responsive and truly wants to make sure your stay is amazing. The location is fantastic and the staff at the property are incredible. You can’t go wrong booking this listing.

Very response and enjoyably to stay

I spent 12 days in Aura's apartment. it is super well located a few steps from the Poblado square, a very safe area and with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops of all kinds in the area. Leisure area ( bars and clubs ) tb are close by in case one night you feel like going out for a party. Communication with Aura was very fluid and is very attentive to any inconvenience that may arise. Ideal apartment for 1 person or 1 couple. Detail to note- parking availability (in case someone has a car). In my case it was very helpful!! All in all - both the apartment and the host - a 10! I have nothing wrong to note! Thank you Aura for hosting me!
