Since we arrived, we were treated very well and at home. The view is spectacular from the high floors. All is close by and if you have to visit with a super fast Uber.

we absolutely loved out stay here! the view is breathtaking, the apartment in great condition, relaxing pool and lovely restaurant which made it super easy for breakfast! we would definitely stay here again!

Andres and Sebastian answered all our questions and concerns, and their help made our stay so much more enjoyable. Our driver, Erik was fantastic, and the security team made us feel comfortable and very safe. We truly enjoyed our time in Medellín and when we visit again, we will definitely use your services again. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable!

I recommend this place as it’s has been home for me for a while. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The communication is great. I didn’t have any problems or issues during my stay. The view from the apartment is amazing. Very clean, close to the metro and walkable restaurants.

I can't say enough about the host and her apartment. It is centrally located in Poblado and an easy 10-minute walk from everything you need including shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and the Metro. The apartment is located on a tranquil street therefore there were no issues with street noise though it was pleasant hearing kids playing late mornings at the school just outside. The view is great and Ubers and taxis are just outside. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The host is very responsive. For instance, the battery to the door lock died while I was away. I contacted them and the situation was rectified within 20 minutes. They contacted me to let me know that I left an item in the unit upon leaving. This will definitely be my go-to location in Medellin as it exceeded all of my needs and provided a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this host and apartment. Thank you for sharing your home with me.

Andres is so wonderful! Such an amazing host! Stay here, you will not regret it. We stayed here for a long time, 3 months, as we love this building and this area. You are right across from Viva, and a quick 10 minute drive to El Poblado. You get best of both worlds - local Colombia feel while still being in the middle of the action. Tons of places to walk to, eat, do. Not to mention the apartment is stunning, view is incredible, and building is awesome. We had a wonderful time here, thank you for the Medellin memories Andres!

We had an absolute wonderful time at Don Arturo's apartment. I felt so at home. The apartment has an incredible view of the city. The neighbors are friendly and very relaxed, and Don Arturo was a wonderful, friendly host ! We enjoyed the Balcon restaurant that is Don Arturo's family run place, (great view). We loved walking in the park and using the outdoor workout equipment. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Medellín it has everything you need. Muchísimas gracias por todo Don Arturo!

The place is much better than the photos. Very clean and cozy. There was a lot of natural light which was lovely. Hosts were extremely kind and the area was really safe :) Our favourite place to stay in Medellin.

I stayed here for a month. The pictures don’t give justice to the space that is there. Lots of natural light and ventilation which is sometimes difficult to find in airbnbs in Medellin. The bedroom is separate to the kitchen/ living space and has an en suite as well as another shower room next to the kitchen. Nice table to be able to sit down and eat or work on a laptop. The kitchen had lots of utensils including coffee machine and blender. If I had to critique I’d say that there isn’t really space to prepare food unless you go to the table and also drying the dishes there isn’t a rack. The apartment is shared in a kind of complex and the area is quiet although next to La 80. Sometimes neighbours would play loud music throughout the day/ at night so worth noting if you’re a remote worker. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance as well as La florista metro. Juan Guillermo, his wife and staff are all friendly. Oh and the bed sheets get changed each week. Overall, enjoyed my stay

I love this place. Very relaxing and quiet. You're just a few steps away from several restaurants. Puerta del Norte, movie theaters, and two gyms. Highly recommend

Gorgeous and relaxing apartment with everything needed to call your home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica's place. The place was very clean and tidy, with everything you need to have a good stay. Check in was quick and clear instructions. The place is conveniently located and we felt very safe. Monica is an excellent host. It allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and I support us with a medical situation that was presented to us. She was always very attentive to our messages and was very kind. We would definitely stay with her again and recommend her place as an excellent option if you're traveling to Medellin.
