Highly recommend Jean-Louis' apartment for a stay in Paris! The flat is beautiful and so nicely arranged, with everything you'd need for a great stay. Eclectic, comfortable and very cool furnishings, well prepared kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Jean-Louis was very communicative and proactive, getting in was a breeze, and Nacera, who greets you and lets you into the flat, is wonderful and lovely, and showed me everything I needed to know for my stay, including recommending a great restaurant and boulangerie in the neighborhood. Nacera also was very helpful when I had questions during my stay. The area the flat is in, Belleville, is a very cool part of Paris - with great cafes and restaurants, and stores in abundance - and also very beautiful with Parc Buttes de Chaumont nearby. Don't hesitate to book this apartment - it is great - very highly recommend!

We had a great stay! We loved the apartment - lots of space and felt very Parisian. Very close to Gare du Nord for easy access to all the sights. We felt totally safe walking in and out with kids at night, just stuck to the busy streets. Mina was very flexible with check in for us which was very helpful - thank you 😊

Excellent location, good space for Paris

Superb apartment up to our expectations and 100% as described on the listing. The exposed beams give a very Parisian character and the decoration of the apartment is very cozy. Highly recommend this apartment and will come back voluntarily for my next stay in Paris. Thanks to the host who was very active and accommodating.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Paris for a weekend. The location was great. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the U-Bahn. Attractions such as the Eiffel Tower or Louvre are 30-40 minutes by metro. About the apartment: it was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. The 6th floor is challenging but so you can bring good cardio into the vacation. The host was always available and always very friendly. We can't complain and would be happy to come back! Au revoir

The location is great! It’s on a quiet street with a lot restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and Stephane is very responsive and helpful.

Cozy and very well located close to 2 train stations, Arthur is very thoughtful to make your stay enjoyable.

Everything is perfect. To go individually or as a couple, it is the right place, about a 5-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. And getting there by metro is self-explanatory.

Walids place was great. It matched the description and the photos. It was easy to check in and the amenities are great. Walid was kind enough to let us leave at 4.30 as we had an evening flight. The train station is a short walk and Paris is not far. I would strongly recommend Walids place for a relaxing break just outside of Paris.

Sophie welcomed us with great kindness and gave us all the information before our arrival. The place is quiet and the apartment fully matches descriptions.

We had a great time at your Airbnb! I was able to rest and enjoy the hot tub and sauna to the fullest, it was an amazing experience, perfect for a romantic weekend or with girlfriends. The apartment was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the little touches, like the treats left on arrival. Thanks again for everything, we'll be back with pleasure!

A beautiful, very nice and warm apartment. Very welcoming host.

I am completely satisfied with the accommodation, the four of us lived in this apartment for 5 days and we were not cramped. It was warm, comfortable, you can cook in the kitchen, and the jacuzzi is a nice bonus. Another plus is that there is a second bed and we didn't have to sleep on the couch! Although she is not in the photo, so the stay was as comfortable as possible.
