Baby equipment upon request. The neighborhood has lots of bars and restaurants.

Located at the boarder of the 10th and the 11th, my apartment is located closed to the Canal Saint -Martin, Place de la République, and Haut Marais. This an atypical flat, full of charm, bright and sunny, perfect place for a couple. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The bedroom is located on the courtyard (beautiful courtyard with town house), very peaceful and quiet, protected from the Faubourg. 4th floor without elevator.

Loft with view located between Belleville and Jourdain, two of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris! The Metro is at the foot of the house (République in 10 minutes, Châtelet in 15 minutes). République can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is relaxing, bright and cozy. I am very lucky to live there and would be happy to share this place.
